    Dear Mr. don't panic
    I've developed a new breathing technique I use when I'm having anger or rage.
    All you do is pretend to smoke.
    To do this, I have this breathing necklace called breathlace, it's kind of like the shift, it's a metal tube you breathe through.
    When I need to calm, I just breathe through the breathlace as if it were a cigarette and it helps.
    I don't really smoke because I'm COMPLETELY blind, autistic, and have a chronic heart condition.
