I think one of the major "habits" too that lead to anxiety is constantly being aware of time and always checking the clock or the watch or the mobile and seeing the time pass through and having so many tasks or jobs on the to-do list snd wondering how you would be able to successfully allocate time to all of them, not to mention to actually perform them efficiently and effectively 😅. I do believe time management and its methodology is the number one remedy to anxiety as well as putting an action plan. 😊
The panic loop gets me everytime. Propranolol stopped my heart palpitations. Thank god - that always would lead to a panic attack.

Time management can definitely be a huge source of stress for a lot of people and contribute quite a bit to anxiety. Always great to have a plan!
