Joe Frazier - All Knockouts of Smokin' Joe
Joe Frazier is a great boxer who should be included in everyone’s top ten best heavyweights of all time. His fights with Muhammad Ali and George Foreman were some of the most spectacular in the golden age of heavyweight boxing and are still a sight to behold even half a century later. A difficult childhood hardened character and left an imprint on Frazier's fighting style. 'Smokin' Joe' didn't know what fatigue was, didn't know what it was like to get knocked down and never get up again, he was always eager to attack, worked great with his body, and had a devastating left hook. Amongst the “Trio of Greats”, his boxing was, perhaps, the most spectacular to watch, even if it was never his aim. Unfortunately, Joe's boxing career ended relatively early, and he didn't fight in as many bouts as we would have liked, but the fights we do have with him are more than enough to entertain us even decades later. Watching as Frazier lays low one opponent after another is definitely worthwhile!

Joe Frazier vs George Foreman It's been more than fifty years since the legendary fight that took place during the golden era of heavyweight boxing. Before this fight, George Foreman ripped each of his opponents to shreds, but he still wasn't perceived as an elite boxer, since he was still to fight someone truly "world-class". At the time, the best in the world were the legendary Joe Frazier an...

"I’m not too worried about this Cooper fellow. If this tramp lasts more than five rounds, I won't return to the States for thirty days, and that's a promise!" Back in 1963 the world already knew of Muhammad Ali (at the moment he was known as Cassius Clay), but he wasn't the world boxing champion yet, nor was he "The Greatest", as he would later be called. During those times, the boxing throne w...

Muhammad Ali is one of the best boxers in the history of boxing. His career was full of various events, among which were both rapid rises and deafening falls. He was not as spectacular a knockout as Tyson, but he put a lot of tough guys on the floor of the ring in his career. Because Ali's boxing career consists practically of only victories, there are a lot of knockout victories among them as ...

September 1985. No longer a young boxer, Larry Holmes faces his next opponent, Michael Spinks. Although it was his 49th fight for Holmes, this fight was very special for him. The thing is, 35-year-old Larry had won all his 48 fights. He had beaten many strong and famous fighters, including Muhammad Ali, who won the champion's belt and had not lost once in his professional career. Still, he had ...

In the early 90s, it was hard to imagine any other boxer with such destructive power as "Iron" Mike Tyson. The young, fast, and freakishly strong American was unrivaled for a long time, destroying everyone in his way. But in the spring of 1991, a Brooklyn hooligan met in the ring with a fighter famous for his destructive power. He was a fighter that Iron Mike respected and that, as you know, is...

Stop calling him the Greatest. He was only the greatest in his own mind. The greatest was the humblest and a role model, one who never lost a pro fight. Rocky Marciano.

A fight I will never forget…paid £5 to view it live at a main cinema in Birmingham uk city centre and worth every penny/ cent …which was nearly a weekly wage in the early to mid 1970s ..Ali’s tactics that after became known as the roper doper was a total shock to all in cinema watching the fight when he finally came out and put foreman on his arse . Greatest heavyweight of all time with iron mike running 2nd .

Muhammad Ali was right. "The fighter that could beat him had not been born yet." (He was, in fact, born in 1966. IRON MIKE TYSON.) There's no doubt. Prime Mike would have killed him. Look up what he thought (his own words) about Tyson.

This video is terrible. It seems the intent was to show that fights should not have been stopped. What is not shown is the fact that in many of those fights the opponents were knocked down several times prior to the stoppages.

Watching Ali style of boxing is amazing to see . He had an amazing record and career as well. I don't like watching these violent sports much But there is something about his ability to anticipate which arm his opponent was going to swing and how quickly his reflexes are to avoid their punches . He seems to allow his opponent to believe they have the upper hand in the beginning but actually saving and spreading out his energy as most will start strong and tire themselves out and ended weak only to receive a serious beat down in round 4, 6 and 7 Ali is punch punch move he has advantage on his reach then his opponents as well. When he said the person who could beat wasn't born yet made me think of Mike Tyson. Because watching Mike Tyson fights are quite frightening. He is someone others should seriously reconsider stepping in the ring with. His blows are with such force and power. Sometimes watching him deliver blows to his opponents its like i can feel the aftershock from the earthquake that happened 1,000 of miles away. While I'm always anticipating witnessing a violent catastrophic implosion to occurr. He would be the definition of what a beast is and biggest nightmare. To imagine Ali and Tyson in a match would have been the match of the century possibly millennium and impossible to decide who would win during their prime years.

Its crazy to see the snap and speed he had earlier on. Its so inssne its like a cobra strike. Its such a unique style to punch also. He would pop them out snd then he was able to devlop so much torque and speed when he wanted to. Had two different ways of throwing. Was so cool to watch tbh. Also he had so mmay 4th round knockouts due to betters and refs being paid off. Just saying ali would have won either way but those early stoppages were purley due to better back then Also watching this you may realize some fights he was gifted when he shouldnt have been. Just saying.
