Enough Self discipline will quit nicotine. There are people who have quit opiates cold turkey and that’s probably like hell. Another guy on UA-cam had severe opiate withdrawals for over a month but finally used cannabis extracts to help permanently quit. There’s no point of smoking nicotine when there’s no high and you just get severely addicted. Will power and the strength to suffer until your addiction ends is the only way to end habits. Yes people relapse and fail over and over again but try to force yourself to endure the physical withdrawals if that’s what it takes to quit.

Tom Hardy knows his craft extremely well! Method and character acting , amazing . Not sure about improvisation, However I was glued to the screen during the series Taboo, Brilliant not to mention his magnificent thighs, 😉The storyline of Taboo , in my opinion, was similar to a book I read , Lady Audelys Secret. One of those moments when it would be a dream to meet him but realistically it’s not likely. He’s simply great❤
