Now I have two daughters, but if I had a son it would be my goal as a mother to raise him to be like Tom Hiddleston! His parents deserve all the praise for raising such a well-rounded human being who embodies the word 'Gentleman', as he is literally a 'gentle man'.
Yeah, even when the question was who’s butt looked the best. He took his time to compliment things about Scarletts skills as an actor. A true gentleman ❤️🥰
Well he did mention looks a bit, but the compliments weren’t over saturated with praising their beauty, he just incorporated it while putting more focus to their skills and talent
I so appreciate the detailed compliments of his female co-stars' acting and technique, so much better than just addressing their beauty which many of the interviews did sadly :/
Imagine this man having children one day. His daughter will be raised by a wonderful man who knows how to respect women, and his son will be a man who values and respects women. he will be sweetest dad!
Aww this made me love him even more. I loved when he turned the conversation around from Scarlet's ass to how hard she works and trains. Also, waiting like a gentleman to help Natalie Portman off the stage. He was the only one who thought of her. He's wonderful.

They don't make men like Tom Hiddleston anymore, I never see any. Tom is such a considerate & caring man, always asks the audiences if they can hear him ok, always asks people how they are, and is chivalrous with giving the lady reporter at 3:42 his coat because she was freezing. I once heard him say in an interview that he 'Gave himself permission to care about people.' THAT'S HIS GLORIOUS PURPOSE 🥰 I love the reactions of the 2 reporter's at 12:15
My son is growing into being a man like Tom Hiddleston. I can't even take credit for it. He has been a lovely mix of chivalrous and feminist since he was two years old. He only lacks the classiness.
I wish we weren't so amazed with his gentle character because it was the norm and we'd just adore and love them all being themselves rather than have to adore any man for not being ignorant of the current bad balance 😭 Know what I mean? He's wonderful news and shouldn't be wonderful news for that reason. He should be wonderful news simply for being a pleasant person to be with.
All men exist within a hierarchy. Women naturally exist within a sisterhood.(because they don't have to biologically compete for sperm...there is unlimited sperm.) Women who try to get equal treatment from men within the hierarchy feel affronted when they are treated as 'less than', while men are actually treating them the same as they would treat any other man; tussling with them until they settle into their place in the hierarchy. Men are so accustomed to that process from a young age that the confrontation is minimized when its man vs man, but the place in the hierarchy is established on an almost subconscious level between men. So when women think they are being treated differently in the workplace, many times they are actually being given the same treatment that a man would get, they just don't know how to accept the hazing as they are assimilated into the hierarchy. I'm not saying it's an ideal way for people to treat each other, but the alpha behavior of men to establish hierarchy can be brutal and it is directed at everyone, not just women. As a man you learn to navigate it and show respect to those with a higher position. As a woman coming into a male dominated space, it seems entirely sexist and directed at you, but that's not 100% what's happening. Of course, this diatribe is making broad generalizations and there are exceptions to any kind of broad social observation like this...I'm just pointing out something that some women may not be privy to, as they don't have to opportunity to observe how the hierarchy works when females are not present.
It is so good to see that people especially men like him exist! I have honestly never seen someone so respectful and caring and good from the heart, he doesn't even wanna show it and I being an INFP as himself, I totally understand that! I wish we were friend or something ❤

Real Alpha males don't call themselves alpha males, they are leaders, not followers, and Tom Hiddleston is a leader, he makes you want to follow him not with his bravado or toughness, but with his intelligence and charm
This guy has an incredible ability of disarming and converting bad question. He makes his answer fit with the question and it doesn't feel like he's just ignored the question. It feels like he answered the question and gave even more insight.
Imagine the world we would have if all men, or even half of them, were like Tom! He’s so decent and humble and mindful and earnest in his respect and manners. He never ever comes off patronizing; he just listens intently and truly values both the presence and the achievements of women. He even knows how to comment appreciatively on someone’s appearance without objectifying or sexualizing them, which is incredibly refreshing to me because I too often feel that men in our society expect women to be decorative or somehow serving their preferences. It’s the way men should be, but it’s all too rare. Surely he’s had some incredible role models and for that I’m glad. Seriously he is a prince and this video is a gem. I would actually feel safe in a world where men were more like Tom Hiddleston.

I love how he can acknowledge how gorgeous scarjo is but also praise her for how well of a character she plays. He deviates from the initial prompt of the best ass in the mcu to praising scarjo for her skills as an actress.
He is also clearly a KIND person along with all of the other qualities others have commented on earlier with which I agree totally. My favourite bits included here occur when he gives his jacket to the woman interviewing him and when he waits for Natalie Portman to escort her off the stage. Chris Evans is similar in that at an Academy Awards show the woman who won got her dress caught on the arm rest of her chair. He leapt up, helped her to untangle it and escorted her up the stairs for her to receive the award. I wish the men of MY GERIATRIC generation were so nicely brought up. Sigh.

@@NunyaBusiness-kv3cg JKR herself isn't a true feminist, she's a TERF, and being a feminist doesn't mean that you have to support the viewpoint/opinion of every individual woman, but the right to equality for women in general. That's like saying someone doesn't believe in golf because they dislike tiger woods.
He's so graceful with his words. I think the one thing about him that is so incredible is how he talks up all his female co-stars or any female he knows. I think many respectable men out there are quite sweet and they respect their female friends and co stars but even when unasked for, Tom makes it a point to spend a few minutes talking up his female friends in a way that i would imagine they subconsciously wished people would notice about their work or themselves. And Tom really just reminds the general viewers and people he's speaking to - that these women are more and more and more. He just rarely talks about himself and takes that spotlight time to shine onto others, with deeply thought out compliments that are so genuine.. I don't doubt he talks his male friends up as well. He's just such a nice person. I wonder how and when this happened in his life and why. What a wonderful person to have been born into this world. Gotta find his mama and thank her ♥
Hes actually super respectful and it's wonderful how he changes the awful sexist questions with a wonderful nice answer that doesn't disrespect women in any way
Of all the videos out there showing all his skills (dancing, acting, speaking languages, being clever, funny, sewy), THIS ONE is really showing his most attractive sides, in my opinion. If you show respect to people, suddenly you're way more charismatic. Especially when your sense of respect is not dependent of people's gender, and instead you just decide to show respect because we are all part of humanity.
The way that he speaks so passionately about his roles and the projects that he's been a part of is one of my favorite things about him. I'm always so drawn in.
I honestly can't process how phenomenal this man is. His flexible personality, the variety in his traits and talents, his well spoken nature, his mannerisms, the way he carries himself, and simply all in all how he can adapt to any situation without even trying. You've been told in your life that perfection isn't possible with a human being, but with Thomas William Hiddleston, it is very possible.
Just watching videos of Tom being interviewed warms my heart in the fact that he treats women as equals and even as worth more than him. He’s someone I’d love to sit down with and just talk.
If Tom goes through his life without committing any scandal ever then we might be having in our hands a second Keanu Reeves. God, it would be such a good feeling for it to be true. I mean, a lot of people have lost completely lost their mind being in the same position where Tom is, so I almost hope he'll know better. It's not like he has to live so saintlily (but he already is, btw, on the screen and in our hearts at least), but I do wish for him to never succumb to evil.
I know what you mean but I have to say that he really came close with the whole Taylor Swift situation. Honestly I think that the age difference did him dirty because she wasn't probably ready or wanting the sort of mature relationship he was willing to offer her. I think the way it ended was hard for him and their relationship made quite a ruckus that shook his image a bit. And even then he gave an interview where he was so respectful of her, although he got dumped.
@@Angels1and1Demons love your reply. All the rumours about it being a publicity stunt was bogus because if you just see him in these kind of interviews and the other interactions he has had, you would know he would never even agree to such a thing. I never believed them and I never will. He's not perfect but he sure comes close to it. 💕💕💕
When asked Sebastian Stan about this (out of nowhere) he said he got in way too fast with a popstar.. nonetheless Taylor Swift... he said that in his own way didn't insult him actually.. actually he was reluctant to answer thai question coz he doesn't know what's really happened in their relationship and also the question itself is absurd. Yeah stuff happens but publically that's a disadvantage for being famous sometimes.
My oldest daughter absolutely loves Tom and I have to say after watching this video, she has great taste! He really does come off as genuine and a lovely guy❤
The fact that he gave a person he doesn't know his jacket?! This man restores my faith in humanity. Like, he doesn't know that interviewer. and he saw her cold and gave her his jacket
He's such a good person and when people say he comes off awkward or 'weird', it makes me love him more growing up with autism and 'weird tendencies' or stuttering or whatever, and people viewing me like a freak and then seeing Tom just being him being embarrassed, or 'weird' or just out there really gives me comfort. And even his character Loki, who isn't cis, as an NB fan is incredible and it's just amazing that the actor and the character mean so much to me and really validate me I'm way too attached to someone I'll never meet whose unknowingly helped me slowly start to like myself a bit more, and I'm almost 30 and still not there yet but, god it really helps.

Now I have two daughters, but if I had a son it would be my goal as a mother to raise him to be like Tom Hiddleston! His parents deserve all the praise for raising such a well-rounded human being who embodies the word 'Gentleman', as he is literally a 'gentle man'.
Totally agree with you ❤️
I have two sons. I hope they turn out as respectful and kind as Tom.
Tom is asked about a women: proceeds to praise everything but the looks and physical appearance. ❤❤❤
As he should! 😭😍👏🏻❤
It's so refreshing to see someone still cares about a woman's skills and attributes instead of just their appearance!
He is so gentlemen, wise, and always know how to choose his words😭♥️
Totally agree ❤
Exactly. Choose his words. Great way to say it.
The Shakespeare quote in his speech for Emma was a nice touch 😩😊😊
It really was:) Tom and Shakespeare are inseparable ❤
I believe that was from Twelfth Night 🙂
I so appreciate the detailed compliments of his female co-stars' acting and technique, so much better than just addressing their beauty which many of the interviews did sadly :/
So true! ❤
It's so refreshing to see someone who sees the talents of a woman and not just her appearance!
@@anabelle6312 But he still dates beautiful women lol.
Imagine this man having children one day. His daughter will be raised by a wonderful man who knows how to respect women, and his son will be a man who values and respects women. he will be sweetest dad!

Well, that dream is about to come true as Tom and Zawe are about to become parents to a baby of their own
Aww this made me love him even more.

I once heard him say in an interview that he 'Gave himself permission to care about people.' THAT'S HIS GLORIOUS PURPOSE 🥰 I love the reactions of the 2 reporter's at 12:15
Wonderfully written - so true! ❤😍❤
My son is growing into being a man like Tom Hiddleston. I can't even take credit for it. He has been a lovely mix of chivalrous and feminist since he was two years old. He only lacks the classiness.
@@grannypeacockaww, that’s amazing. I’m sure you’re doing a wonderful job then

the way his mind works astonishes me. he’s such an interesting and beautiful human being, I could listen to him talk for hours :’)

I have to agree with you 🥺❤
All men exist within a hierarchy.
That was extremely well put. Bravo.
It is so good to see that people especially men like him exist!

I agree, that's why I always find Tom's interviews rather fascinating 😊
I totally agree with you, you've put it so well ❤ Tom really is an example to be appreciated and followed ❤ And thank you for your lovely words about the video! 🤗

I love how he can acknowledge how gorgeous scarjo is but also praise her for how well of a character she plays. He deviates from the initial prompt of the best ass in the mcu to praising scarjo for her skills as an actress.
Exactly ❤
He is also clearly a KIND person along with all of the other qualities others have commented on earlier with which I agree totally. My favourite bits included here occur when he gives his jacket to the woman interviewing him and when he waits for Natalie Portman to escort her off the stage. Chris Evans is similar in that at an Academy Awards show the woman who won got her dress caught on the arm rest of her chair. He leapt up, helped her to untangle it and escorted her up the stairs for her to receive the award. I wish the men of MY GERIATRIC generation were so nicely brought up. Sigh.
I agree with you ♡ And thank you for reminding about that moment involving Chris! It was so lovely of him:)

They are ACTUAL feminists too not the women are better "feminists"
Emma Watson is no feminist! She sh!t all over JKR. Disgusting.
