@@jayme69 hello my friend, damn I didn't think to look on my vita. I loved that machine but must admit I haven't turned it on in years. It's was the perfect handheld 🔥 Also didn't think to check my ps3, could have got better quality footage for the last videos 🙄 duh to me 🤣 I bloody love blood omen 🔥 the narration and sound track alone is worth the entrance fee. I have held off playing as want to play on the Evercade all fresh. But it was tempting after making that short video to keep playing 🤣

@@jayme69 hey my friend, yeah I do nights now and then to cover over years, the problem I now have is, I worked last night but have to do 12 hour day time tomorrow, so have had to stay up all day so I can sleep tonight, by body is pissed off with me 😂 And yeah I really enjoyed the game but for a game with the main character is a collie called whisky, I may be being incredibly biased in this case 😂

@@aboyandhisdogRE 12 hour shifts can be really tough, especially in the sector you work. It can be both physically and mentally draining. If I was in any kind of position of influence, I would recommend that care sector workers should not be expected to work any longer than an 8 hour shift and have a suitable rest period between shifts. I know it means a three shift rota but it can be done. Our standard shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm and 10pm-7am in our 24hr services with the overnight shifts being a mix of sleepovers and waking nights. Anyways, enough of my ranting, lol. Hope all goes well and look after yourself Steve :-)

@@jayme69 we don't do sleep ins as it's one hour checks through out the night and it's a 3 story building and we have to have meds trained in nights. So we sorta take it in turns if night staff are poorly, holiday etc. Happy to do the shifts themselves it's just the change back and forth periods 😂 I found it so easy when I was younger 😂 could do 3 12 hour shift ls in row no problem 😂 defo gone are those days and after breaking my back I am a bit more office based now where possible. But if I'm sensible and know when not to push it it's fine. (BTW I'm not and will never be sensible 😂😂)

CotswoldknightCotswoldknight hey cotswold, that's the groovy thing about Evercade, there's hopefully something for everyone. I have enjoyed a few of the games this year, so it will be interesting to see how this cart fills out towards the end. I agree overall it hasn't (yet) hit the high points of the first few carts in the collection. But at the same time I always love trying new indie games out and that the makers get more recognition. I guess I am always a bit more lenient to indie games compared to full big commercial companies that make games.

@@genejoke8538 oh my Milla I had no idea, I think it's pretty much impossible to contact me, I never got round to setting up an email for the channel and I deleted my boy and his dog twitter account cos that was like hitting your head against a brick wall and the quickest way to make you think you're shit at what you do 😂 bless Phil, that's ridiculously kind and I feel honoured he thought of me, but I'm definitely not the best option for such things yet, no where near ready. @@genejoke8538 I have been asked by a couple now and then and I do worry that people take it as a blow off when I can't, and it's honestly nothing of the sort. It makes me very happy they think of me but I'm simply no good at such things.

Endless mode, I can't remember, that would be insane if it did. I can get to a point and then it all goes bonkers in my Brain, and my ability to remember what button does what reduces substantially 😂😂😂 but yeah its one of those games that's fun to go back to and try and push a little further then the previous attempt.

@@VEGANVANIA some had told me the console version was always a bit like this compared to the Amiga, but it just feels so different to me, it was so much slower but better to control on the Amiga. Like the timing just seems totally off here. So what you are saying does make sense to me. The speed and control just feels so off. Like the controls don't feel like they were made for this speed. I think im making sense 😂

​Basically, the Mega Drive version was programmed FOR the 50 FPS standard: if Evercade used that version of the ROM running with those settings (emulating PAL 50 FPS speed) the game would be appreciably better (in precisely the way you've complained about). They could still fix it: you can send them a tech support message if you want to.

The Jaguar port of Gods is a direct port of the ST version. I think it has new music but the gameplay is identical.
