@@KeenRetroGames My hope came from Limited Run getting to release the trilogy but you are probably right that it will not come and with that I change my guess on fun wild card to Cash Cow DX.
Great video as always! Blaze mildly annoy me by their rookie mistake of fairly regularly over promising and under delivering. Other companies hit the same production/shipping issues but they factor possible delays into their release dates. Disappointing customers doesn't instill confidence and can ultimately lose them potential sales. Anyways, rant over, lol. As for possible cart releases for the remainder of the year, I think the big one could be a Core Design Collection bearing in mind we're getting Tomb Raider which was Eidos and they own Core Design. There's a wealth of games to choose from including Rick Dangerous, Chuck Rock, Wonder Dog, Thunderhawk and Fighting Force. Much requested collection could be Home Computer Heroes 2 with some ZX Spectrum games on it. I agree with the second Tomb Raider Collection and the wild card could be anything but I'm hoping for an FTL Games Collection with all the Dungeon Master games or Cinemaware :-) Keep up the awesome work Steve!
Games get delayed all the time. Advance Wars Switch got delayed for a year and a half because of Russia's illegal and unprovoked invasion of Ukraine. The only difference is that there are lots of publishers on Switch but only one on Evercade. On the other hand, very few of us have played the 500 games already on Evercade. I am appreciating the opportunity to go back and revisit games I neglected.
I only discovered Evercade this very evening so am binge watching videos and doing my research before jumping in. Grew up with the Amiga and 80's & '90's arcade titles and have been looking for a platform to play these on officially. Hoping to see more driving titles such as WEC Le Mans 24, Chase HQ, Lotus Challenge, Colin McRae Rally etc.

@@aboyandhisdogRE Initially I'll probably get the Taito Super Pocket and Gaelco carts for World Rally 1 & 2. If it impresses I'll get the new EXP handheld later this year. Then again, if interesting Super Pockets are released (Amiga, PSONE, SEGA) I may just collect all of those!

Being an absolute nerd I have them all and am getting the arcade cabinet in October 🤣 Well I hope you like the super pocket mate. There's definitely enough carts now to cater for most tastes 🔥
I haven’t played Jane Austen yet, but it seems like a pretty charming game. Very much looking forward to your reviews of older carts! Games for the Evercade “old and new” just like your motto. Speculating about the next 2 carts…? Eh, I’ll still be surprised if there isn’t a Home Computer Heroes 2 so that’s one. As for Giga cart I don’t think it’ll be arcade games. I suspect more PlayStation games, my wild guess is a cart with Metal Gear Solid and Castlevania Symphony of the Night. Let’s top it off with Konami’s Suikoden 😉

I probably won't do a detailed review on each game but like a longer form review of the whole lot while ranking the games probably. But it would probably be a longer video then my usual ranking ones as they will be mini reviews to the games included.

@@genejoke8538 I'm sure zx spectrum was never on the cards from what blaze once said, unless something has changed. So dont expect to ever get that. Sega sounds like too groovy a deal to actually get, but never say never it would be cool wouldn't it. A whole collection of footy games would depress me no end 🤣 driving games would be awesome. I see a couple have commented on legacy of kain and /or gex. I'd definitely be up for them. Legacy is such a fine game, I love the audio in it.
@@Martin-gf1hh we've defo had less carts overall this year, but it seems this was there last big push of hardware for a while so I'm think collections will go up last year again, next year. If the carts I've definitely had some too enjoy. This last Piko has had a lot of fun on it. And I'm excited to play badly at tomb raider when it comes out 🤣 here's hoping for more carts you'd be onto next year mate 😊
I think the other Giga Cart will be The Legacy of Kain and Gex as part of the Tomb Raider deal

It’s been a stale year for evercade maybe 2025 will be better.

Really disappointed with All the Games of the Month, Indie Heroes 4 is looking like a very poor collection
Hopefully they've gotten a lot of weaker stuff out of the way early
The new Game of the Month is one of the best Indie Hero platformers we've gotten yet. It plays very well.
