Capt. Cook's Pulled Pork Nachos | Disney Copycat Recipe

Today we are making my copycat recipe for the incredible pulled pork nachos at Disney's Capt. Cook quick service restaurant at the Polynesian Resort. Whether you are a Disney fan or not, these nachos are something special! We start by making crispy fried wonton chips, and top them with sweet and tangy BBQ pulled pork, lots of melty cheese, and a fresh pineapple salsa. Great for after a day at the beach or pool, and very shareable and easy to make!!
