Quick & Easy Coconut Shrimp

Today we are making my quick and easy coconut shrimp, and how to butterfly shrimp! They are perfectly sweet with a super crunchy coating with tender, juicy shrimp. I love serving them as an appetizer, or for dinner with some rice and steamed broccoli. We love serving ours with sweet chili sauce for a bit of extra sweetness and spice!
