Soft & Chewy Cookie Cake Recipe

This soft and chewy cookie cake is a birthday staple in my family! Growing up, we always requested cookie cakes, and there is something so nostalgic about them. So, of course I had to make one for my son's birthday. This cake is crispy on the outside, soft, chewy, and slightly gooey in the center. It is my dream chocolate chip cookie, and what could make it better? Some rich and creamy buttercream frosting, of course! This recipe is super quick and easy to make, no stand mixer required!
