Not all Tim Hortons are that , but yes they are not good as use to be. I've been some Tim's where the employees are all east Indias, nothing against east Indians. Many of them do not speak or don't want to. Some of them can be rude and miserable. But I've also been other Tim's where the employees are Filipinos , at least they speak English they treat customers so much better they are always working hard and not standing around.

Why would anyone hate Tim Horton's. I love them and drink their coffee daily. I eat there probably 4-5 times a week as well. I couldn't imagine life without Tim's

Growing up loving Tim Hortons I can honestly say, in fact the service went down, due to having little to no actual Canadians taking orders, as wel as the coffee it’s self, to me it tastes like water, I think mcds has the better coffee… honestly wouldn’t be bothered too much if Tim Hortons was shut down all together

How anyone eats at Tim Hortons these days is beyond me. Even gas stations offer higher quality food than Tim Hortons now. Not too mention every time I’ve stepped foot in one they’re all super dirty & not maintained at all. Its a dead horse now beyond correction, people need to ditch the franchise & move on.

Once an awesome place with high quality products and now its hard for it to reach the standard of back woods gas station products. It doesn't matter what you order you will get it in a way that doesn't match what was asked for. I love their interpretation of toasted, a word with 1 meaning until Tim Hortons, now it means stone cold with no hint of what the word toasted means. They destroyed bagels. I tried their pickup app order, it has but one feature, the best way to be ignored in the store. Anyone standing under the pickup sign must mean ignore them for at least 30 min. Once upon a time we choose a store that we wanted to go to. Now we choose based on not the best product but the product with the least issues, taste or want is no longer a consideration. The lesser of two evils is not what I accept but that's how they are so I stopped buying their product. That's not a choice! People have to understand the bully business model and properly show them your thoughts in how they will see it. Vote with your cash! If you don't like it don't buy it, this is all they will respond to. People just keep buying it anyway which tells them they have an acceptable product. Bag fees once use to be included in they costing and now governments enabled them to turn it into pure profits to save the planet. I didn't notice the product price drop when they adding bag fees that already had bag fees as part of the product price.

Tim Hortons sucks now. The quality of the coffee fell off super hard, their breakfast menu regularily makes people sick, and they screw up orders way more than any other fast food chain. I've to had to dispute my order several times because they just flat out didnt give me what I paid for and then tried to charge me a second time. Tim Hortons is a joke now and I don't bother with them anymore.

Terrible service, food tastes awful now, and the staff is too busy chatting with each other to care about customers. I also speak another language, so the rule applied to me as well

I’m from Florida and I disagree with Key Lime Pie being our signature dish. I would claim the Cuban Sandwich as ours because Cuban immigrants created it on Floridian soil in the 1800s when many of them immigrated to the Tampa area to work in the tobacco and pineapple plantations.

When they fire actual Canadian citizens and then say they can’t find any Canadians to hire . Then they bring in immigrants aka temporary foreign workers and fill 75% of their positions with these people! That’s one of the biggest reasons why people are disgusted with Tim Hortons!!

I remember a coffee and donut shop. Today, it's like a fast food restaurant. There's more on the food menu than there is donut selection. Why Canadians get sucked in by the marketing , i don't know. Please, just ask yourself. The coffee your drinking. Do you enjoy the taste of it or do you buy it because you want to be apart of a fad? This i know about coffee shops. When they go bankrupt. It's fast. 👍😎🇨🇦

I met Tim Horton in Georgetown Ontario around 1973. He was a hockey player in my 14 year old mind, not a businessman. I stopped going to Tim's last year when I would have to repeat the words " large dark roast, one cream" 4 or 5 times before the "new Canadian" at the window understood was I was saying. I'm all M'Cafe now. Sorry Tim.

As a Canadian it really shocks me how many corners they have cut although I’m happy they’re going global and adding to Canadas reputation that at least we provide something meaningful to the world as we don’t have many global brands in more than 10 countries 😢 we need Tim’s to do well globally and not cut corners at home we need some premium locations at home too just like the global ones and better treatment of its workers
