I worked at a Ground Round in the late '70s while I was in high school. I was a busser and we bussers had to keep the peanut barrels full. On the weekends our restaurant always had a live band.

I worked for 4 Ground Round locations in Southeastern Wisconsin from 1984 - 87. Most of the food was frozen microwavable meals, literally heat up individual frozen boxes and serve onto a plate. I wonder how many chain restaurants do this... Chili's? Applebee's? TGIFridays?
