So the restaurant's date does not necessarily go back to the time when the building was originally built. It's an old restaurant housed in the oldest building in the state. I bet there are other restaurants in the state who could better qualify for the title of oldest. To be accurate, the restaurant should be the oldest one still operating, from the date it opened to today. Many on this video meet that criteria, but not all do. That's not fair play.
