Interesting video concept! I would recommend not using as much stock footage and more actual footage of relevant Red Robin stuff. It's unnecessary to show us stock footage of the word "Controversy" while you say the word in a sentence about Red Robin. Just more relevant footage would be nice.

Always liked Red Robin in Surrey B. C. Canada, took my GF and eventually wife there quite often. They were never fantastic, but never disappointing either.
The computer voice says at about 2:00 "The University of Washington" and shows a picture of the Quad, a famous part of that university. It later mentions the owner dropped out of "Washington State University" but the pictures are of the "University of Washington." That is kind of like mixing up Washington State and Washington DC.
So, which is it? And if you made a mistake as obvious as that, why should viewers believe anything in this video?
I hate that they got rid of their soups and they had soup combos. That’s why I don’t go as much.
im guessing they expanded too fast and cut corners at the same time. that is why most restos decline. look at quiznos. used to be huge...now they are completely gone. why?? they gave you little to no meat and changed their bacon from strips to fucking crumble and raised prices through the roof. GREED is what kills them

I was interested in the topic, but I couldn't watch more than 2 minutes. It's really confusing and hard to keep track of what your point is. The weird stock videos just make it more confusing. It's like an AI made this video. I'm surprised it took me a full 2 minutes to realize this was not worth my time. Maybe try to actually have something to say or a point to make, and clearly outline that in your introduction before you dive into the history of the chain in such a disjointed and unengaging way.
We stopped going when they remodeled their restaurants from festive to grey with red Cadillac Ranch style chairs at the bar. Their focus changed from fun to depressing. I think they were trying to go after more of the adult drinking crowd. Too bad. I like the old colorful, playful restaurants.

I saw the all you can eat fries and decided to try it out. They give you like 7 fries on a plate and then you gotta wait 15 minutes in between the next fries. Felt shady, never went back. overpriced as well.
