I am a creative seeker, looking to find beauty and truth in as much as possible. I love great keyboard/piano music of all kinds, and love telling stories with a camera. Here you will find digital breadcrumbs as to where I've been, and what I WAS doing. Check back for future past materials! :)
Yamaha Reface CS Weirdness Exploration (WARNING: LOUD AT TIMES)
This video is a simple exploration of the Yamaha Reface CS weirdness factor. This little powerhouse can make some incredibly rich and dark tones from the simplest of ingredients. This is recorded with no external effects, and completely live, no edits. Some of the sounds made are reminiscent of Kubrick/2001. This synth never ceases to amaze me, and this doesn't even touch it's actual musicality really at all. Enjoy!

Just a fun little jam using the Finger sequencer on the OP-1 with the stock sequence, and a little spice from the Sensel Morph.
Elton John's "Song for Guy" Cover and CoVid19 Relief Efforts

Song starts @ 1:58 As I post this clip, we are all hunkered down in our homes as we try to stem the spread of CoVid19. Elton John hosted a concert virtually - watch here ua-cam.com/video/7I4ekM6t2XU/v-deo.html - that included many stars, and raised money to help the efforts to combat this virus in the U.S. and around the world. This is my contribution to creative output during this time, it's m...

Yamaha XF-MOXF CS-80 Sounds Part 3

Part three of a three part series on the sounds of the Yamaha Premium Collection CS-80 soundset. These sounds were created by sound designer Peter Jung, using a real Yamaha CS-80 as the source for the samples. As far as I know, the only way to purchase this collection is through e-Bay.

Yamaha XF-MOXF CS-80 Sounds Part1
Переглядів 7 тис.7 років тому
Yamaha created a special "Premium Collection" of sounds for the Yamaha MOTIF XF and MOXF keyboards, which included a set of sounds created by sound specialist Peter Jung. These sounds were sampled directly from a Yamaha CS-80 keyboard, and then painstakingly built and prepared for the XF (and later MOXF) keyboards. This three-part series demonstrates those sounds.

Good job 👍 i love this song
Great playing. But get the darn piano tuned!!!
Loved, you are great ❤
GREAT!!!!!!
🎹🎸🤟
Very nice! Very true!
Hi Bill, I have the MOXF8 and I'm looking for a good pedal steel guitar sound. I just listened to a guy playing a PSR S950 with a beautiful pedal steel guitar sound. Do you know of anything like that for the MOXF?
Your thinking of the Leslie Speaker?
Best cover of that I have ever heard by an average person. Only recommendation is use a better piano. Love finding videos like yours. Be proud of a great job well done!!!
This is a special gift. So wonderful for you two
brilliant
Incredible. Congratulations! Really inspiring.
I have not played the Korg Odyssey, but I love my M 50. Thanks for the review!
This sounds ever so lovely! What song is this?
Thank you! It is Telephone Line, by ELO.
Loved it👍👍👍
Awesome! Must have watched this four times😅
Great playing. What nice pianos you have.
Awesome . . .
Hi, Awesome. Would you be so kind and share the opening bass sequence from the moog in good quality, please ?
Beautiful.
Well done! I love Dave Grusin!!! Nice job Vincent, well done!!
Thank you Doctor! :) That is high praise coming from you - love your channel!
Great job 👏
Great job!
As I sit here totally immersed in this spectacular cover of one of EJ and BT's most incredible creations, I can't help but think that back in 1973/74, we listened to this song (and all of the YBR songs) without a single thought of how we would keep coming back to it to help us conjure up some of the greatest memories of our lives. None of us could have known just what a powerful and innovative this collection of musical notes this would be. We didn't really know just how much of an impact it would have and how often it would provide the fuel for yet another trip down memory lane!
Love it
My brother, Guy, was Elton synth/keyboard player for 21 years before his sudden death 14 years ago.He opened many of Elton’s concerts playing Funeral for a Friend live. All the best to you!
Hi Donna! Guy's presence in Elton's band cannot be understated. I remember being so in awe of him! I remember a Keyboard magazine feature with Guy. I loved it. Thank you so much for visiting my video!
@@BillVincent I just listened to your cover again. It was beautiful.
What settings are you using on the moog for this? Im wanting to recreate it
Cute!
very pretty!! got some Elton John vibes from this. keep up the great work! <3

Good job. Piano needs some tuning and voicing though.
Which sounds have you used for each part?
This is the Very Best Cover I have ever seen. Sir, My hat goes off to you. Please continue to share you talent with us. All mu best, Jim
Skillfully done ... I enjoyed it ... thank you (will try "Tonight"?)....
Dear Bill, I just saw your videos today and I am glad about your very positive comments about my work. Peter Jung
This is the second time I’ve come across this randomly. The first time was several years ago it was amazing then, and it’s amazing now. Great work buddy, keep it up!
Wow... awesome... Elton must see that one!!! Great! Big congrats :) Keep it up!
Very beautifully played; I clearly hear your devotion (awe?) to the GBYBR original in your performance. I never had a Baldwin, baby grand or otherwise, but I invested in a Yamaha console when I left the nest (1988) and still use it. My grandfather was a Master Piano tuner and back in the 70s said Yamaha were the best in terms of technical specs and tone. I'm blessed to be old enough to remember that album's release and those two tracks remain my favourites of Sir Elton's et al anthology. N.B. I always envied guys with that Arp beast but to be honest I'm not sure I could have been so proficient with the three oscillators, patch sliders and on-board sequencers required to lay down the foundation in FFaF.
♥ Thank you!
Awesome... so beautiful. Incredible performance. Definitely I like it! Pls Bill do more such great performances of other Elton John's songs.
Beautiful! Loved it.
