We use the home's water meter to determine the total amount of water used by the sprinkler system. We cycled through each zone of the sprinkler system, measured the time, and used meter readings at the beginning and end to determine the amount of water used. A Ritetemp 8035C thermostat is malfunctioning and causing the air conditioner to not startup. Troubleshooting the bad thermostat and replacement with a Honeywell model RTH6360D programable thermostat is covered. Four and five wire thermostat wiring systems are also discussed. This is important when trying to convert an older system to some of the newer programable thermostats needed more power.

In this video we are fixing a large hole in the sheetrock using Marshalltown's wall repair patch and USG's Easy Sand 5 patching compound or "hot mud". This is a fast drying, 5 minute mud for doing repairs faster. After that repair is complete we will texture the repair using Homax wall texture from a spray can to get the new and old textures to match.
