      I like it and think it works pretty well. I like being able to sit down vs standing behind a normal track sled. I didn't know Bolens made a similar style until after I started this and my brother showed me a picture. Hopefully this translation is correct: Мне это нравится, и я думаю, что это работает очень хорошо. Мне нравится иметь возможность сидеть, а не стоять за обычными гусеничными санями. I've got this rig. The transmission is shit(linkage) it's noisy in the cab(outside is good). It vibrates. If you put the doors on you lose the mirrors. I use it for hunting. It turns quickly. It hauls a lot. If you can put up with how loud it is inside...I think you'll like it. It's a bit warm in the cab once it reaches temperature. If it's cold out just toss a blanket across your lap. For the money you will find it hard to pass on it. Every manufacturer has it's pros and cons. All in all I'm happy.

    How is the machine holding up and have you adjusted the valves? Some say they don't touch them but the manual says they should be adjusted at 20 hours.

    • @recnation8045
      @recnation8045 3 місяці тому

      It is holding up really good. I have not adjusted my valves yet and it has just over 300 miles on it. The valves are not making noise and seem to be good for adjustment. I plan to do a quick maintenance on it for changing oil for the summer and a grease job.

    Would anyone have information on installing the flasher on a 2023 Uforce 600? It's a different part number (5ASV-161000-7801) and appears to be in a different location. I found written instructions that say "Connection plug located under steering column, attached to firewall." But I'm not seeing it.

    • @recnation8045
      @recnation8045 3 місяці тому

      That is the correct part number according to cfmotousaparts.com/ I am not sure on the install. Open the hood and follow the wire harness out of the bottom of the fuse box and look for a loose plug. That is how I found this one no the 2022. They are good about zip tying unused plugs out of the way. My guess is you will see a place to screw it to the firewall above the brake master and the plug will be in that area too. Let me know if you find it.

    • @jasonrussell8520
      @jasonrussell8520 3 місяці тому

      I found the plug. It’s inside the cab, below the steering wheel and above the brake pedal on the firewall. You have to remove about a dozen screws and two pop rivets, then pull back the bottom plastic tray/molding on the driver side. Wasn’t difficult, but it’s well hidden. You can’t see the plug until the plastic is pulled back.

      Mine is a 2022 and the parts listed fit. If you notice in the video, the turn signal blinks faster when you hit the brake. The Curt adapter was listed when I searched LED compatible. I'm testing others now to see if there is a better fit and make an update video. Otherwise it was a pretty easy install.

    • @recnation8045
      @recnation8045 3 місяці тому

      It's holding up great. It shifts hard from time to time but that seems common with the UForce. Other than that, it has been great and I have been impressed with it. I think it depends on what you intend to use it for. I've never had a Cforce but do have ATVs. Trail riding seems more fun on the ATV but the UTV is more useful for doing odd jobs. The UTV is also nice for having a passenger riding along.

    • @recnation8045

      Mine is a 2022 model. I don't think they changed much from 2022 to 2023 on the Uforce 600 other than some paint schemes. When I purchased mine, the dealer said the only difference from a 2022 and a 2023 is the price. So I bought the left over 2022 vs waiting for the 2023 to come out. The fitment on Super ATV's website says "Uforce 600 2021+" so 2021 and newer.

      Thanks for the feedback. There are several good videos on UA-cam on track sled builds. There is also a group on Facebook called Track Sleds of the North. The group is mainly people building track sleds or have built a track sled. You can find a lot of good information in that group. There are some pretty simple builds that look pretty easy to do. I wanted something with a reverse that is how to I picked the motor I did. I also wanted to be able to sit down for the ride and that is where they pull behind sleigh idea came from. Good luck on the build. Let me know how it goes or if you have questions.

    • @recnation8045
      @recnation8045 7 місяців тому

      Thanks for the views. The plan is to build it into a track sled with a sleigh to ride in. I choose to use the old tunnel because it is aluminum and pretty light weight plus it keeps the track/suspension/drive shaft all lined up without trying to refigure out the geometry when building your own frame. Stay tuned for more videos and a test run once its completed!

    • @recnation8045
      @recnation8045 7 місяців тому

      After watching videos of other track sleds, it seems like having the motor to the front causes it to snowplow and get stuck. I am hoping having the motor closer to the back will let the front be lighter and float over the snow better. We will see when I get a test ride in.

    • @recnation8045
      @recnation8045 9 місяців тому

      You are correct. They recommend using low gear for the majority of driving. Using high gear at low speeds will reduce belt life and causes extra wear and tear on the clutches. In this case, it was a mix between faster open fields driving and slower woods driving. The majority was open field driving. To shift, you need to be at a complete stop. I chose to keep it in high gear thru the woods sections to avoid having to continually stop to shift between high and low gear. It did work just fine using high gear at slower speeds. At the next maintenance, we will see how the belt is wearing.

I have been just driving it for a little off roading on the trails and light work around the house. I think it will depend a lot on your use. Driving thru a lot of brush or low trees might scratch it. For cleaning, I have been just spraying it off with a pressure washer versus wiping it with a rag.

    Doesn't the break in period require not exceeding half throttle for twenty hours?

    • @recnation8045
      @recnation8045 Рік тому

      The manual says not to exceed 1/2 throttle for the first 10 hours and not to exceed 3/4 throttle for the next 10 hours. It recommends operating slowly at first while varying the throttle position and speed for the first 20 hours and don't operate at a sustained idle during break in period.

    How do you like the windshield and rear window? Did you consider the CF Moto windshield and rear window?

    • @recnation8045
      @recnation8045 Рік тому

      I like them both a lot, they greatly reduce the wind in the cab. In my opinion, it was a good choice for me. I do notice on windy days, they really catch the wind and cause some wind drag. It will slow the UTV down but I decided on the UForce 600 for work, not for performance. I did look at the CF Moto windshields but they were more expensive. The main reason I chose the Super ATV windshields is because they were available on Amazon with Prime shipping and they seem comparable to the "factory" CF Moto windshields.

      Yes, I have a set of 3 Star Industries soft sided doors to install. Just haven't had the time to install them yet. I went with soft side doors to roll open on nice days or shut on cold/rainy days.

      I agree with BigJoe. It is roomy enough. I am 5'10" and I have plenty of room, 6'3" would probably be starting to get a little tight for leg angle but the steering wheel tilts pretty good to give you extra space.
