The easiest way to figure out what those labels on the wires say is to use a smart phone and something like Google translator. Take a picture it will explain what it is. I added separate amber led lights on the rear for turn signals, they’re pre-wired also under either side of the box tucked up.
I have a 2024 CF Moto U Force 1000XL base model. I purchased a OEM horn adapter and OEM switch to connect a Kemimoto horn to the existing U Force harness. After connecting the horn to the connector near the radiator and frame, and switch to the "B" plug under the dash, I am getting power to the switch (the light is lit on the switch), but I cannot get the horn to sound. If I hook the horn to a separate power source, the horn will sound. Any ideas why I cannot get the horn to sound when connected to the to the existing U Force wiring harness?
Would anyone have information on installing the flasher on a 2023 Uforce 600? It's a different part number (5ASV-161000-7801) and appears to be in a different location. I found written instructions that say "Connection plug located under steering column, attached to firewall." But I'm not seeing it.
That is the correct part number according to cfmotousaparts.com/ I am not sure on the install. Open the hood and follow the wire harness out of the bottom of the fuse box and look for a loose plug. That is how I found this one no the 2022. They are good about zip tying unused plugs out of the way. My guess is you will see a place to screw it to the firewall above the brake master and the plug will be in that area too. Let me know if you find it.
I found the plug. It’s inside the cab, below the steering wheel and above the brake pedal on the firewall. You have to remove about a dozen screws and two pop rivets, then pull back the bottom plastic tray/molding on the driver side. Wasn’t difficult, but it’s well hidden. You can’t see the plug until the plastic is pulled back.
how do you do a 2024? How do you plug in the flasher module on a 2024 vehicle? I can’t find where you plug it in where it shows on your video it doesn’t match.??
Hello, the 2024 says the flasher wire comes out under the steering column. When I looked at a 2024 at the dealer, it was in the same place as my 2022 but shoved under the fuse box on the fire wall.
In the video, I pointed to the location of the flasher wire with a green arrow. It was shoved underneath another wire behind the battery cable junction box. You can still do the flasher kit with out splicing the wires but the rear brake lights won't flash. You will have to go the back of the vehicle under the box and unplug the reverse light plugs. Then you would plug in the jumper wires. That will make the reverse lights a turn signal or flasher.
hey, do you have a good license plate bracket that will work with this kit as well I got the turning kit for this the one that you provided in the video now looking for a license plate kit with a light
I don't know of any "stock" license plate brackets with lights for the UForce 600. I didn't mount a light for my license plate. I used this kit from Feral Products. www.amazon.com/Aluminum-ATV-UTV-License-Plate-Kit/dp/B015YDPUW0?th=1 There are kits on Amazon that are lighted and there is a plug in on the back of the UForce that you would need to tap into to light up the license plate.
The UForce 1000XL is a little different but there should be a plug under the hood near the brake master cylinder. Near the middle of the firewall, you should see a flat plastic prong sticking up to mount the flasher. The plug is zip tied down below that.
How is the machine holding up and have you adjusted the valves? Some say they don't touch them but the manual says they should be adjusted at 20 hours.
It is holding up really good. I have not adjusted my valves yet and it has just over 300 miles on it. The valves are not making noise and seem to be good for adjustment. I plan to do a quick maintenance on it for changing oil for the summer and a grease job.
Mine is a 2022 and the parts listed fit. If you notice in the video, the turn signal blinks faster when you hit the brake. The Curt adapter was listed when I searched LED compatible. I'm testing others now to see if there is a better fit and make an update video. Otherwise it was a pretty easy install.

great video
Glad you enjoyed it
I did not see where you got the flasher wire for the cfmoto 600. And of I’m not doing wire kit can I still do the flasher. Thanks in advance

Will this be the same on a 2024 Uforce 1000XL?

Where you get the turn signal stuff
Hello, I ordered the switch and flasher from www.cfmotousa.com and ordered the tail/brake light converter from amazon.com.

Great video!
What year is your uforce 600? I have a 2022 600, parts are not listed for my year, I assume it is the same?
Thanks -Jonnyrooster
