Junior formulas (formulae?) and Formula E have shown that the track can be plenty exciting as long as the cars are small enough. F1 looks to be debloating the cars for 26, hopefully we'll see smaller, lighter, more nimble, and closer racing as time goes on. 2017 regs really sent the sport down the wrong path

My god what's this abomination. Instead of Villeneuve chicane just use the okd layout plus don't you dare to touche the tosa it's so iconic. Tamburello chicane is fine it just needs to bmget wider . Variante gresini is ok to be removed tbh.

Can you redesign the circuit monte carlo with the circuit length increased to minimal 4.3 km or more ? Maybe at turn 17 there is an increase in the length of the circuit to the road quai antoine 1er passing through the tunnel digue and enter the av. de la quarantaine

why don't including the old hairpin and give it some changes instead?

I'd do the same as you did in the 2nd configuration for the first sector and the esses, but then i'd keep the actual layout. Anyway i'd modify the stadium section by removing that awful hairpin and just build a plain left corner, which is faster and better, and it'd create an overtake opportunity for the last corner.

Honestly the only thing I would change of the hungaroring is the chicane. The rest is pretty much good as it is

The only thing I would change would prolly be to reverse the chicane from a right-left to a left-right, which would enable the car that got the worse exit out of the chicane to be positioned better for the entry of the penultimate left turn and stay in the fight against the car the overtook him or he wanted to overtake.

Hey bro, with all this Colapinto stuff going on, another dream we Argentinians have is to have the F1 back in our country. I think it would be really nice to have a video like this about the Autodromo Galvez. Some years ago someone from the FIA made suggestions on how the track could get a Grade 1 licence, it would be dope to have a video like that.

I always thought that the Villenueve and Alta Variantes were rather redundant. Alta definitely needs an escape road, as does Tamburello.

The best version was, sadly, the 94's one.

In my opinion, the best thing to do with the Imola track is to restore the beautiful original layout (Imola was called "the little Nurburgring") and widen the escape routes. Where it was not possible to widen the escape routes (as at Tamburello, or at Piratella) the curves could be brought forward, thus creating a large space outside (as was done at Rivazza). One thing absolutely must not deface the original track: the chicanes, which are those horrible things that have ruined this magnificent track. However, the "variants" are tolerable, but only the "historical" ones: at the Acque Minerali, at the Scuola di Agraria, and the so-called "Variante Bassa". Congratulations for your very beautiful video, and greetings from Emilia Romagna!

The only change I would do is at 5:22 I think a little, extra asphalt Run-Off area would be good, so if you get a look up you arent instant in the gravel. But the rest is great! Good job

To be honest, I think this track shouldn't be fixed. So many racing series outside of F1 produce great racing here. Rather fix F1 cars than altering a bunch of tracks which would then be super dull for e.g. multiclass endurance racing (ELMS, I'm looking at you).

Old 130R wouldn’t work anymore; cars have too much downforce. It would be an easy flat and almost no challenge in current cars. In fact, many of the older, legacy circuits simply don’t work like they were intended, because so much downforce has been added to the cars over the years. You need a new circuit designing philosophy to truly test today’s cars and drivers. For starters, I’d like them to bring back the old style, elevated curbs, so track limits actually have to be respected, which would put more of a premium on driver accuracy.

Reinstate tamburello as it was but start the curve earlier so there's a larger runoff for safety

This looks awesome man! Only problem I'd have with this is the Hairpin after the Villeneuve chicane, because I don't think the owners of the house on the inside would be too happy to have a line of baarier running straight through their backyard lmao

I have a special challenge for you and for your special occasion for the channel that would be one day: redesign Monza circuit with all or almost all the layout they have (some layout will be use for Rally), using the old oval circuit (or part of it). Meanwhile I have a request: bring back Hockenheim 2001 circuit. Have the corrent layout plus 24h Endurance like Le Mans and Nürburgring

My humble opinion: I think the Villeneuve section could have a design similar to the original one, since there's a variant at Tamburello; the increased run-off area looks great. Acqua Minerale could remain as it is. And the Alta - Rivaza sections is just amazing! The problem in this circuit is that it is packed between a community park and family houses, so any major modification would interfere in such properties - and that co$t$ a lot... So, only in our dreams...

Great redesign. Only the chicane after the Variante Alta is unnecessary, but at least it's much better than my redesign of Imola (adding a longer layout who is most likely compared to Nordschleife or Le Mans). Please, do Silverstone redesign.
