Thats cool, but I think about the same thing I think every year, more bigs and I follow some recruiting, but guys decomit all the time. They are not huskers until they get to Lincoln. (Rouse, Carlin Jones, etc...)

I want to build the trenches, especially the O line.

Why does our recruiting seem to be getting worse? Pelini and Frost etc always had us around 20th. Now we’re always 25-30. It’s weird because our brand and hype seem to be trending up a lot.

They are going to lose guys if they keep blowing games to the likes of Illinois. I don't think they know how damaging a loss like that can be to recruiting.

The secondary, special teams and offensive line play (late) or lack thereof against Illinois, is the perfect demonstration of why recruiting is so important. Just because you can play the piano, doesn't mean anyone can turn you into Mozart. Stars matter, because talent matters. Let's hope a solid kicker comes along too.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad he’s continuing the legacy but…. He’s not ranked.. I support the commitment but I would rather have another highly ranked change maker for the program.

I was there in '94-'97 and we are not anywhere near those teams. Haven't really been anything since. 0-8 in past OT games, haven't scored a point in 8, have -20 yards in those games, 4 INT's zero first downs. Says a lot. Add the 0-27 and we just aren't close. I hope we can win 6 to go bowling. I'm not holding my breath.

I have said from the beginning that riola is not a good fit for nebraska...he's a pro style qb and we have not done well with a pro style qb...we need an option qb who can run and throw....hint hints Tommy frazier...neb is not that good

I think he can throw faster than dylan. Also maybe better runner not scared to hit and faster. Dylan kinda just runs when he wont get hit its cool but wont transfer to taking it and getting hit trying to get the first in a 3 or 4th and short. Dylans helmet will fall off. I lm greatful for Dylan but there still are things to work on i think hes a very smart and athletic qb but gotta do Rodgers more or idk just buzz cut mowhawk and just be himself too much mahomes stuff bro can be so much better than mahomes. Mahomes is good i remember broncos played chiefs in preseason and mahomes came in i was like ya Alex Smith is decent but watch out they could win the superbowl with Mahomes. Hes talented but his teams have been the best of the best on offense and defense. He coasts sometimes not running gotten fatter i wanna see Dylam become more fit and willing to take hits the right way like Elway was crazy but he wanted to win and the helicopter was justified cuz he wasnt hurt im not saying take every hit u can im saying the defense needs to fear yr run instead of it being a misdirection play where u arent touched. Gotta get another helmet so it stays on lt else tighten it more.

We need our defense to play well every game. I didn't like the defensive game plan either. We gave their receivers way to much respect.

By now the coaching staff should know who the go to guys are. I definitely believe there are some disadvantages in playing too many young guys. With inexperience comes miss tackles big plays and penalties for one . GBR
