@@LeonardLee8979 hello Leonard. I was going to give a shout out to the Budget Jedi but I had shot most of the video by the time u informed me of his stroke. I sure hope he pulls through. Please keep me posted if you hear any news on his condition. We’re all pulling for him. God look after our friend. Now on to the video and your question. I use I movie which is an app on my I phone. You record videos on your phone and they show up in the IMovie app. Choose Movie option and then it’ll ask you if you wanna add Video Photos or audio. If you choose video all your videos will show up. Hit the plus sign to add it it to your movie. You can then choose how to transition from clip to clip. There’s a section with sound effects that you can add to the beginning of any given clip. I use a “news” sound bite to create the music that starts off each video. There’s other effects that you can use as well. As far as text like “thanks for watching” I click on the clip once I’ve added it to the “movie” it brings up different ways to add the text. It says edit which I click on. I then type in whatever I wanna say. It sounds more complicated than it is. I’ve figured it out rather easily and I’m no techie. Do it a little bit at a time and as you go along you’ll figure it out slowly but surely. If you have a question reach out to me and I’ll do the best I can to help you. @@necgist thanks Gary! I knew you’d love the ingenuity behind it. The more odd the items used in a display are, the more you like it. The “teeth” were flosser tooth picks 😂. The “pit” was the Bespin Freeze Chamber base flipped upside down to create a bucket effect. It’s funny I’ll be putting something together and I’ll be thinking “ Gary’s gonna get a kick outta this.😂. Stan Solo, Next 17 etc are all on my radar. I love adding doubles or in this case triples of vintage Kenner figures to my collection. The more figures modern or otherwise the better. Love it all!😊

The Return to Tatooine was mentioned during the HasLab reveal this past summer. The Cantina will be released in 2025 along with Farmboy Luke, Obi Wan, Han, Chewie and Hammerhead. Streets of Mos Eisley Playset (with packed in carded Jawa figure) will also arrive in 2025 so alot of Tatooine merch will hit “shelves” in 2025. Thanks for the kind words as always Leonard. @@DougAlan-atswc Thanks so much for your kind words Doug. Our memories of what we did with our Star Wars figures can be crazy. There was 10 years between me and my brother. I pretty much grew up with 8' Mego figures in the 70s. So many of them and I pretty much had them all and they were around 2 dollars each. I had larger ones like the 12' GI Joes and Six Million Dollar Man but when Star Wars came along my mum freaked out' Luke was my first in April 1978 and he was the only one in the store. He was $1.99. The cheapest of them all I ever seen in Australia. All the others were $2.50. I had to say please with sugar on top that day to get him. You see, she was just used to paying that amount on 8' figures. My brother was into ESB AND ROTJ but of course he went on collect Voltron and Masters of the Universe stuff whilst I became more interested in girls being 10 years older. But I got lured back to Star Wars 😀

@ Star Wars collecting is something that always kinda stays with you I think (that is if you grew up with it in the 70’s and 80’s). My first figure (and I mention it in my top 10 Kenner figures video) was R2-D2. It was a present from my Grandma on Easter in 78. She got me R2 and my brother Chewie. From there we collected the remaining 10 with the cloth caped Jawa being the final figure we collected. It was a present from my Vava (Portuguese for grandmother). She bought it at KMart for about $2. It’s been all guns blazing since then! This hobby has brought me a lot of joy so I keep trying to share that love and passion with the collecting community. It brings me smiles when I hear from fans like yourself that share in that same joy. Keep up the great job of spreading the Star Wars love and I promise to keep pumping out the videos. @@DougAlan-atswc I'll try to keep this one brief 😄 but I just wanted to mention that my second figure was R2D2 about 2 weeks after Luke and there were scores of them hanging on pegs. About two weeks after that I got Darth, 3PO, Leia and Srormtrooper on the dame day and Landspeeder. (May school holidays). Then no new figures anywhere until I got Han,Ben, Tuskan Raider and Death Squad Commander on my birthday (January 20 1979). Two weeks later a Jawa finally appeared in a store. Just one and I got him (along with the die-caste Tie fighter). And that was from a bookshop not even a toy store or supermarket. This is all leading up to my mystery of why Chewbacca was my last. A lot of people have said Chewie was one of their first and being one of the first made with the early bird release it makes sense. Finally, on February 22 1979, my mum went to the city and I asked to please bring me home Chewbacca. It was a 100 to 1 chance in my books but she did it. When she pulled Chewie out of that brown paper bag and I seen his blue eyes coming towards me it was the most beautiful sight. From April 1978 to February 1979, I finally had them all. I never knew that a few months later when I walked into a department store I would be throwing my head back and yelling 'Aaaarrrrr!' when the second wave was hanging on their pegs. Like sand through the hour glass they just keptacomin... A happy new year to you and your family Doug and a sage one. And to all our Star Wars fans... OMG, I wrote all that without running out of ink 😅

I actually don’t have chin guns for my own AT-AT which I bought at a flea market probably 25-30 years ago for $15. I’d buy these for mine. Some things I make BUT some things I buy. These guns are repro but they’re cast in clear plastic so they look and feel like the real thing

@@DougAlan-atswc UA-cam deleted my message again.😅 Let's call it "IG-88". I think you have an old account and kinda lost interest since the platform is pretty isolating. However I think "IG-88" does work if people know each other. The worst thing about "IG-88" is that you find nobody randomly. The search function only lists well known users while it's impossible to find newbies. If I search up Kenner Star Wars for example it will pop up 10 posts of the same guy out of like 20 total search results while it hides like 100 thousands of posts.

I agree SLAVE 1 it will always be ,but when they renamed it STARSHIP are u serious that’s so freaking cheap ,if I had too rename it I would’ve called it CAP-1 like the mini rig CAP-2 ,heck anything but STARSHIP it’s so generic u know

Thanks for your kind words though. I’ve admired your Mos Eisley cantina for quite some time now so it’s always cool when another fan acknowledges your work. I really worked hard on the Falcon video and I do acknowledge I left out a couple of smaller details based on time constraints. I also neglected to mention details on the underside of the ship like the canons and landing gear. It’s a pretty extensive ship to review but well worth the effort😊
