Great video. I’m no TVC snob. I have all the Cantina patron figures that I collected over the years. I will have no issue using TVC with the other lines. I also plan on adding 3.75 figures from Alien, Battlestar Galactica, Indiana Jones, Terminator, Buck Rogers, and Back To The Future!

I did that with the Nevarro Cantina. I added in Indiana Jones and Marion Ravenwood as owners/head bartenders. Then I added a Super 7 Creature From The Black Lagoon and a Super 7 Metaluna Mutant from This Island Earth as bar patrons.
The populating of the pub is continuing for me this week. My most recent pick-up is a loose but complete Bom Vimdin, that's on the way to me right now. It was £27 on ebay UK. Not cheap, but cheaper than carded.
Hasbro have said that the tiers figures will be released separately from the Cantina, they just won’t be on exclusive HasLab card backs. So you will get your wolf/bat guy at some point 👍
I've been aboard from day one I hope we hit all the tiers I'm backing the deluxe cantina set I can't figure out why Hasbro won't say nothing about future cantina figures ever since they announced the haslab cantina all the figures been jumping up in prices even the loose ones I'm glad i have all the Cantina figures except that lizard dude who looks like Bosk the bounty Hunter , every thing you saying is 💯right you can put bounty Hunters and other figures in the cantina
@@carloscunningham319 as I posted this video Hasbro announced that Momaw Nadon (Hammerhead) is forthcoming so you can add him to your Cantina display! And absolutely you can put bounty hunters and any 3&3/4” figures into the cantina! Why not?Thanks for your support of the channel.

@@carloscunningham319 which figure is short snout? And nicotine sticks guy was in AOTC but of course you can use him in the cantina. There’s actually a bunch of AOTC figures that would work in the cantina so thanks for bringing that to the communities attention! Bravo 👏👏

The funny thing is he is in my current cantina diorama having a convo with 2 troopers (whom I also failed to mention as denizens) Very good catch on that my friend. Y’ see the denizens just keep coming. Might have to do an ep 4 down the line if this continues 😂
Excellent video and a lot of fun. I just backed the deluxe version in Australia. The best part of a thousand dollars but what can you do? I'm not going to give some scalper double down the track. The price as it is now is a bit ridiculous but at least I have most of the aliens. Cantina Creepies as I've always called them. My brother backed the deluxe as well and as I said to him, I don't intend to over populate or the detail will be lost. I do intend to design my own floor and put in lighting and put in a back room extension. Of course a new Wuher and the Tonnikas will be a welcomed addition. I don't even want Luke, Ben Han and Chewie there. I'd actually prefer Bea Arthur there. You know, just a quiet evening where all hell breaks loose... As I send this we're only 5 backers away from 7K...

I agree with you about not needing to overpopulate it. The detail of it could get watered down in the process so good call on that! Owning a good portion of the figures does give fans like you and I the upper hand in all of this. I just feel bad for fans starting from scratch trying to build out their bar. Hopefully Hasbro aids in that by creating a few more aliens to round out the project. Thanks for the comment and for supporting the channel. @@DougAlan-atswc Yeah, the conversion rate is not good and there's import and GST tax and postage. We also went through a reputable well established third party. The good thing is they foot the bill for now. We just paid a deposit. Balance due when they have it. My brother has done it that way with several Haslab offers here. I've just loved the cantina and all things Tattoine since 1978. And yep, we never got Star Wars here until 1978. I was 10 and been consumed by it ever since...

You at least know that when this thing is ready to ship you’re going to get it! Hasbro has to work harder to ensure that their brand is available worldwide.
@@DougAlan-atswc The company is EB Games Australia. I'm mainly into vintage 1977-85 figures but about 20 years ago I must have taking a liking to TVC figures for a while. All from ANH and Bespin. I'm stuck in that era and lovin' it...

Why would Hasbro consider it a failure if all the tiers aren't unlocked? it only has to have 8,000 backers to get made. Then once that happens, whoever backed it will get a Cantina diorama playset with the bartender and the two sisters action figures. Hasbro probably shouldn't have bothered to make additional tiers that are so far out of reach for Star Wars fans! Greedo should sell just fine in a wide retail release. He could be paired with Han Solo. The other two Cantina alien patron figures in the last two tiers seem to be among the weakest characters in the cantina!

It certainly won’t be a failure for me if it just backs but I was just looking at it from a business point of view. @@DougAlan-atswc I understand you want all the tiers met, but I feel like Hasbro didn't give people enough time to back it! First they didn't give much of a clue as to what the Haslab would be. Then it gets leaked it will be a Cantina and this was after they said they needed more time to work on it. I think they didn't originally plan on doing a cantina, people just read too much into that clue:"Cheers." That could've meant just about anything, but I they went with it since there were already fans requesting a cantina as a haslab kickstarter as well as getting the Tonnika Sisters action figures made for the first time.
@@TimHayes you’re right that they didn’t give the fans enough time. Other HasLabs were 45-46 days and this one is only 31 days? That puts it behind the 8 Ball by 2 weeks right out of the gate. This will get backed so we will get this cool playset regardless. The last day or 2 of this campaign will be interesting

It kinda means a joke, a clown. It popped out completely out of nowhere. I thought that most of the video would end up on the cutting room floor but when I rewatched it after the fact, it made me laugh and to pay homage to my dad I left it in. Thanks for asking. It made me think of its origin and made me smile!😊
