I pay 435 in a nice area in Central Florida next to a 50 mile bike trail, lake and the town with everything you need within a mile. I paid 4 thousand for a move in ready 84. And just remodeled the inside myself saving thousands of dollars and now it's worth around 30 thousand or more and I spent less than 2000 for materials.
I did some research on this park and found out they were issued a mandated public notice of toxic water for lead being found in the water, any clarification or updates on that issue?
700 is a lot. Mine is only 435 right next to the 50 mile rails to trails ,lake and city/ town and everything you need within a half of mile. I'm looking at my lot rent not hitting 700 dollars for at least another 5,6,7 years hopefully.
I would like a secure home. I would like for it to be a secure place that the trailer park would be there for another fifteen years. My age I figure that is what I have left.
You mean a "mobile home" (Trailer) in a trailer park. I've lived in "mobile homes" when I was a kid. They are cold as hell in the winter and hot as hell in the summer. You also have to get propane for cooking and heating. How's about some info on hurricane and flooding insurance? Those are pretty costly in Florida.
Whoever buys this the first thing you need to do is get that mulch out It only takes months for termites to take over. That mulch is the golden egg invitation to termites. What were they thinking when they put it there.
Wouldn’t it be awesome if the channel name or video title revealed what city or state the home is in 😉 It might attract people to your videos that are looking in Florida or whatever state and city you might be in. Hope your channel grows, this is a lovely way to see the home, the realtor apps make it difficult to understand the flow of the home if they don’t include the blue print, and some the the pictures are so poorly taken, or have been stretched just a lot of mistakes with that, even the homes that show a 3D slide show, it’s just those same pictures in a slide show 🙄
The realtors, and also private owners, are posting "SOLD" signs to deter/stop people/squatters 👈 from moving into it with the intent of not or never moving out - claiming it is now their property. In many States they get away with this illegal act for many years. 👈 Sad to say. Look up what a "squatter" is and watch UA-cam videos. They seek out VACANT houses. Hope this helps.
You didn’t miss anything. Mark uses a two faced sign. Points the “For Sale” side toward the street, then when the home sells he flips the “Sold” side of the sign toward the street.
It’s an awful deal. $700 a month park rent. Let’s do the math $700 x 12 = $8,400 a year for rent. $8,400 x 10 years = $84,000 can you see where I’m going with this? You need to be in a community where you own your own land. Stop making park owners stinking rotten rich.
Thanks for the comment, we use double sided signs to bring down waste, the SOLD side is pointed towards the house and the FOR SALE is pointed towards the road.
@@themobilehomedealer The only worry, which is a big worry now, so many RV mobile home parks are being bought out. Then they kick the residents out, and you loose your home. Many cannot be moved. If they are built in the 70's. There just know where to move them, and the expense is way to high.
Thanks for the comment, we use double sided signs to bring down waste. The SOLD sign is pointed towards the house and the FOR SALE sign is pointed towards the street .
Yeah I think it’s an expensive lot. $400 to $500 maybe. That said for a couple on a limited income they could make the lot look all right. Alone I wouldn’t do it.
Nice place. But 700 hundred a month. Could buy a home and the land for that amount a month. Maybe not in Florida but. 700 dead money. Not good . And can raise it when they want. Your trapped . Probably like the one your showing.
I'm glad you made this video it reminds me of my transformation from a nobody to good home, $34k monthly and a good daughter full of love
My advice to everyone is that saving is great but investment is the key to be successful imagine investing $15,000 and received $472,700.
wow this awesome I'm 47 and have been looking for ways to be successful, please how??

No covered parking, no central air, one small bedroom and $700 month land lease (outrageous) is enough for me to say No Way.

You would need to put a 5-6 foot fence around ones place to keep out coyotes, gators, big pythons, bears out.
Thanks for your comment, we have never heard of those creaters in this area.

Why would a person pay $700 lot rent for a trashy place to live? I see nothing to support. I rather pay $1,000 and own my own land.
