@@ereh7328 can’t be a sellout if I brought it with my own money and evaluated it for myself, in a quite lengthy I must admit 2.5 hour review. I got my value out of it, and I explained why. You can keep your opinion but a sellout or blind we are not. True evaluation is key.

@@octanethermoplastic the sellout i take back but its blind fanboyism with this set. 300€ for a half build like this is not the money worth.

@@ereh7328 i won’t try to change your view, I do think half build is a little hyperbolic though, it’s still a large structure and has 2500 parts, not to mention most Lego sets are open back, this is not unusual. Most importantly I fail to see the relevance of this criticism on a tree upgrade vid…. In fact this whole video exists to show people that the left over parts are worth something… anyway, just looses thoughts,

yes, I'll try here, but I'll put up a community post with pictures in the next 48 hours as well :) the base is a dark tan 2x3 plate, on the middle 2 studs sits 2 1x1 brown down facing brackets these have clips or a tile on to look like pockets/attach a frying pan On top of the 2 brackets I place a 1x3 modified plate with only 2 studs (long jumper plate) in dark tan to make the middle wider. on the end studs of the 2x3 plate I put 2 1x1 modified plates with "light attachment" (according to brick link) the plates with an o stuck to the sides.... These face directly upright to create a cylinder effect for the korok blanket roll. I add 1x1 round plates to the o's facing out to extend it. a 2 x 2x 2/3 curved slope in dark tan sits with the lower side on these O plates and the upper side on the 1x3 modified plate from earlier. The last 2 studs from the original 2x3 plate are covered by a 1x2 slope piece in dark tan Sorry this is wordy, picture version on the community tab soon!

fair enough, is wind waker the only game its blue? for this set being oot and botw indigo makes sense as it was indigo in both those games right? Unfortunately it may just be an iconography thing, whatever Nintendo forces I suppose!

@@brickwizardstudio oh yeah! I forgot myself, was still so focused on 1k (which we hit in April) that I didn’t even set up a goal reward for 2k! Oh well, as you said it’s a lovely achievement, and to be honest we can celebrate with this competition, the new tree and of course the upcoming clocktown custom! Thanks for being here :)

@@santiago13qch nope, too big, it’s already over 55000 parts so no one will be building it, and I don’t particularly have the stamina to make those instructions! Sorry! I would recommend entering the competition though, it’s a fun chance to potentially be included in this huge model :)

@@Hammond1222 we see her room in game, over the bridge from her study, but If you think she would have more rooms behind that rubble then that would be a great entry for the competition, or as I said you can come up with ideas that doesn’t make sense too! It’s whatever you like to enter

@@guruguruguruguruguru as in ones that you guys design for the competition? Because the answer to that is only 1 (the winners) unless there is a tie or i have lots of extra space, keeping my options open. If you mean what rooms I am building, the answer is all of the ones you can explore in game, were featured in concept art, the new additions like secret passage and forgotten foundations in totk, and the great hall that was in age of calamity.

I was just thinking there would be multiple winners because there are multiple unknown rooms, but I'm sure you have plenty of ideas for those yourself! I have something fun in mind, let's see if I find some time to create it in studio!

@@shineboi4210 think you’ve missed the point, the castle is a pre calamity version, the competition is to design your own room, that’s not in any version, because I’ll be doing all the official ones.

@@octanethermoplastic in age of calamity, you can explore the castle before it’s completely takes over by the calamity, it uses the same layout as bite’s hyrule but just uncovers some rooms, one of these rooms being: the great hall. An area shown in the “creating a champion” book that was said to have been in hyrule castle and still is in botw but is just covered up by debris. Thanks to age of calamity, we now have the location of it. Though not every room is opened so I understand wanting to create other rooms that are not accessible whatsoever

Just wanted to know if you maybe missed any rooms from that game that may help with your layout

@@shineboi4210 yeah I mentioned the aoc great hall in this video. This isn’t really about the real rooms though, just supposed to be a fun community competition to fill in the blanks with something special to us :)

I did a tutorial a while back but here's the summary: its 1/4 the construction figure rey cape from 2015-2016 cut and im using the pre-made holes in it to wrap it around him, the green is the wonder dog cape from the lego batman movie line folded into the right position

Its a magical set that deserves all the praise, truly does feel alive, a super special moment for all Zelda fans!

Hopefully soon! I don't know when I will get the parts myself but instructions will be out in January, I think I would make him sooner if I wasn't eyeing up another special build for real life conversion!

love the trademark on proper situations! As always glad the instructions are of use, I may have underestimated the struggle that doing 6 in a week would have been, (who said sleep was important) your display must be getting all the more expansive now, not to worry, I'll be tempting you with kohga and the castle town houses before too long now! and mister frox is coming closer, although im super happy that my play features for him work I'm quite scared to commit the design to instructions, it works so well, but you never know how other peoples parts and experiences will be! time to reinforce check and check again! its a big old 800 part model after all!
