LOVE your videos. Do you have any knowledge or can you lead me to anyone who has experience buying "used" condos. I have a lot of skepticism about buying a condo in metro manila in a building still under construction. I'm more comfortable buying a condo in a completed building from someone who has had a life change and wants to sell. Clearly, in the USA i can simply go to Zillow or a dozen other places and get data like, "when" was the condo built, original selling price, what materials are the cabinets made of, monthly maintence fees and other important things. It feels like pulling teeth trying to get any data at all about resale condos. Lamudi often gives a name of an agent but i failed to get answers from them. They either dont return my emails or tell me they will find out and never are successful. Often they just tell me the seller changed their mind and wont sell. In the USA, real estate people answer all those questions easily. SO, if you could refer me to anyone who knows these things, i'd appreciate it. I'll actually be back in the Phils in a couple of weeks for baby christening and family matters. Also did you ever sell your home and get back to Texas?

Hay man, I'm retired military Also, I've been divorced couple of times to filipina girls I was so glad when I finally retired single and debt free now i do whatever I want with no debt and no stress. I go to the Philippines often. I have a condo over there and have been enjoying the retiredstress free life for years .I gotta hand it to you for taking on so much debt and responsibility after you retired. My god man what if that girl divorces you. I would never put myself in your spot, just my thoughts

Everybody has to pay the travel tax at the airport even foreigners if you stay over 6 months and also a clearance from immigration before you take off on the airplane

I'd like to know how you got married without a counselor report of marriage that needs to be filled out in the philippines at the us embassy in manila or in cebu consulate that needs to be filled up before you even get married especially if you have ever been married before

You won’t regret putting your children in school USA 🇺🇸. They may not get STEM education the PH. At the end of the day! It’s all about your children. Congratulations on new child! Houses won’t leave you a legacy, but children do.

Thanks for the info...When you turn 65, your TRICARE coverage automatically changes to "TRICARE For Life" which is a Medicare-wraparound plan, meaning you must be enrolled in Medicare Part A and Part B to remain eligible for TRICARE benefits; you can no longer use regular TRICARE Prime or Select plans after reaching 65. As for Tricare at 60, I've heard about it a few times but from what I found online; No, when you turn 60, your VA disability does not automatically change to Tricare; you will still receive your VA benefits, but you may become eligible for Tricare as a retired military member if you qualify based on your service history, allowing you to use both VA and Tricare benefits depending on your situation. I'm just regurgitating internet information found on the subject...
