It depends on how long your cycle is guys. I get my cycle every 22-24 days consistently. Recently I've been getting my period exactly every 24 days. Because my monthly cycle is slightly shorter my period is closer to when I ovulate and therefore I'm only like 8-10 dpo on the day I'm supposed to get my period

OB nurse here, I am currently back to full time. I can’t do this for long. Nursing underpaid and overworked. I can’t see myself working full time for long. Part time nurse something else. The something I am still working and praying on.

Honestly it’s a Virgo thing, we thrive so much in our alone time. We need that time to ourselves it is imperative otherwise we cannot show up for anyone. Also Virgo’s are structured people we cannot function in chaos.

How do you balance everything working 24 hours shifts. I work in IT we work 4 12 hour shifts and then 6 12 hour shifts and then the 3rd week we work 4 hour shifts again. The only different is we do 12 hours of days, and then overnights and then weekends. It constantly rotates. Its so hard to balance gym, family, fun, leisure etc. What are your tips?

I just quit an undesirable sector in healthcare …I was burnt ouuuut! I am in the progress of pivoting and hope some greener pastures are on the near horizon. I really want to feel/be passionate again 😢

See that’s how I feel. We shouldn’t be beating ourselves down to just enjoy life. I want to have a side hustle and I am just lost on what to do. A fellow Healthcare worker here. I work 3 12hr shifts Friday Saturday Sunday nights. I do not work overtime it is the best decision i made for myself. I know not everyone wants to work the weekend but having the weekdays off is a blessing.

I definitely agree regarding working full time nowadays in the medical field 😮‍💨 I could’ve been done a few years ago but decided to do fellowship training (currently infectious disease) and was considering ID-critical care but I’m like nope. My life is more than this. Now I’m about to start job searching cause I’m in my final year.
