I've been eyeing the EX or HX. I did try the Shogun a month ago and liked the elongated shape, so the EX will probably be my go-to.

I would like the Chorus Fire Ex due to the elongated shape and to try out the different face layup these paddles have!

The SX is the preferred since it's widebody so less dialing in time. The handspeed and TW is another plus.

I would prefer the SX version as I have come to appreciate the forgiveness and large sweet spot that wide body paddles offer.

Standard Fire for me! I have been wanting a power paddle for a long time and with my new play style a standard paddle would be great! I own the Halo max and love the shape but don’t have the juice I need! Great video, keep up the good work. Love your content.

I think companies are smart making good Gen 1.5 and 2.0 paddles to go up against all these Gen 3 paddles. They might be down a little on power, but the peace of mind to know it’s not near as likely to break or get de-listed is huge! Would definitely go for the SX.

My choice from Chorus Fire is the SX wide body. Time for me to upgrade to a paddle to keep up with the changing game of pickleball. Really like the swing weight of 110 with the wide body. Nice Review.

Thanks for the review Matthew! I was eager to see your Fire review after hearing your thoughts on the Flare Prime Ctrl, which are similar to mine. I am most excited about Fire HX, as it seems to have a good balance between maneuverability and upgraded power that I'm looking for.
