The j3k pro seems like the better paddle for me. I like to add weight to all my paddles so it won’t be too heavy with a nice sw and tw. Also the wide body give more room to hit without hitting frame
The pro on the J3k is getting a lot more love than the j2k pro version, which most people preferred the standard J2k over. It makes my purchase decision for the standard shape more confusing! I'm leaning towards the J3k pro over the standard because while the regular has more power, this can easily be achieved with the pro by adding weight to it.
Jk3 pro looks absolutely insane. It would be great to have a high performance paddle after using a 20 dollar Walmart paddle🤣. With the new release of this paddle, this seems like it hit everything a player would like.
Thanks for your review Mathew! That J3K Pro sounds right up my alley! I like the standard paddles. Playing with PIKKL Hurricane Pro now. I’ve added similar weight plus some at 12 o’clock since it’s lighter than this. Having the standard model stability plus more power from the J3K Pro would benefit my game for sure!
I just bought the J2K and love it! Would love to try the J3K Pro for a more aggressive style at the kitchen! That would allow me to play different styles against different players.
I'd prefer the Pro because it seems easier to customize. My grip setup is pretty simple, but I definitely want room to add tungsten before the paddle gets too heavy.
I have been playing with my J2K Pro for more than a month and I'm happy with what pop it has given me. I haven't play with standard shape for a l ong time so I'm not sure how this will work for me but I think I'll like the 6 inch grip. I'll go with the J3K Pro here because it seems to give better control which is what I want. 😎
I'd definitely go J3K pro. Love the look of the lower swing weight while still having solid power. I do wonder how it would be going from a pure control paddle (Prism Flash) to a pure power paddle.
A standard-shaped paddle with extra power is very appealing. I'm loving the thought of trying out extra pop with the 16mm feel of the Pro. The lower static/swing weight allows for weighted tape, so that's a plus, too.
Thanks for the thorough review. My understanding is the Pro versions are more highly recommended for J7K and J3K. The J2K is the only one where the non Pro version shines. At least that's what I learned
I def think it varies player to player! For me, I prefer the J3K Pro and then the non-pro J7K. The J7K Pro is more power than I need for my play style. And then my fave paddle right is the non-pro J2K, but I haven’t played with the Pro version yet.
TY! for the review and yes a lot of the other paddle pods are reviewing the Honolulu paddles and they reviews are all positive. I would love to put the J3 pro through it's paces on the court. 🏓
I would like to get my hands on the J3K Pro to see how it fits my playstyle. I started playing 3 months ago and am in the process of find the "right" paddle for me.
I have a control paddle and I would love to add a J3K Pro paddle to my bag! I really want to try a PRO version of the Honolulu brand. Thanks for your great reviews and giveaways! Keep picklin!!!!
I play with the J2K Pro and love it but the extra room on the handle for a two-handed backhand on the J3K Pro seems like a great option! I love the pop of the Pro versions.
Dang this paddle looks great lol, especially the sword and shield pro. I like the width, its thicker than my paddle and I bet it will give a lot more control. I haven't tried another of different ones but I might just have to get me one of these lol.
I'm feeling the Pro version because of the Kevlar composite offering more control and having that Pop at the Kitchen Line. All of this in tandem with the points you alluded to in the video.
I just started playing last Wednesday. Ordered the J2K for me and the J2 to gift it yo my brother. I want the J3K Pro, it will make a for a great birthday gift for my dad.
I like the J3K Pro because I prefer more pop at the kitchen. I think it will take a bit of time to get get used to control the paddle with dinks and resets. Enjoy your review.
I love this paddle and the Honolulu Pickleball company so so so so much! Best paddle covers on the market to cover some of the best paddles I’ve had a chance to play with as of late! Thank you for giving these a great review! I’ve been wanting to get a standard paddle after seeing the J3K Pro, so I hope I win! 😊
Both of these sound like great paddles. I switched from standard shape paddles (GB CX14) a while back to hybrids to get a little extra power. I'm excited about these J3 paddles though and would love to tryout the J3K Pro based on your review.
Great stuff man. Love your reviews. Definitely would like to get my hands on the J3K Pro. I’ve been using elongated paddles since I started and would love to try out this standard for more control from Honolulu; love their brand.
Great review. I want the J3K Pro because it seems to match my game better. My main paddle is the Volair Mach 2 Forza, and I'm looking for more power while still maintaining control. The J3K Pro seems to check all those boxes.
This video is G2G! Love your reviews. Have been looking to upgrade since my game has upped. Have looked at the J2K Pro as a potential, but seems like the J3K Pro is more my style. Thank you and help me help you!
Great review! Short and sweet. I have an Apollo and I love it but it's leaving me with more to desire in the power category. I went from an elongated shape to the Apollo and am loving the change! I would choose the J3K to get that extra power!
Good video. One thing - the Spartus Apollo is a standard shape with full Kevlar face that’s been in production for a few months. But there aren’t many paddles in this particular spec! My pref would be the J3K to see how a power widebody plays. Thanks for the good content.
Thanks for reviewing them. I have an Apollo and am a fan of the lower SW. among the 2, I’m leaning more to the J3K Pro. Would love to see a comparison among these 2, the Apollo, the Fat Boy and the Ronbus R2 FX. Maybe add Tyra’s Hurricane Pro too.
I think I would prefer the J3K version (not the Pro) because of the better control. I don't think the loss of power would be significant. Weights ca n always be added if needed.
I think that I would prefer the J3K Pro because, I want a lower swing rate and really enjoy the new more square shape, It would compliment my J2K,. Keep on Dinking
Great Review. Have been looking forward to hear more about these paddles from a wider review base. I've really been enjoying my Spartus Apollo, but the J3K sounds really good. I especially like the idea o the Pro version , so you can dial in your weight and feel for your style. J3KPRO!!!
Honolulu going all in on Kevlar! Not just hype but performance and durability at good price points. Love the review for the power and pop of the J3K Pro.
J3KPro for me. I’m using a Crbn 2X w a crushed core and really like the power without swinging too hard. No control and too poppy. Like standard shapes and your review gives me the opinion of keeping same characteristics with more control and spin and keeping the weight down for better customizing.

J3K Pro looks not only interesting but potentially a really good value moving forward setting the standard for paddles and pricing per performance!
J3K would be the ideal paddle for me ! Love the design and performance up
To par.
with the tighter weave on the pro, means more pop so would likely go with the normal j3k
The j3k pro seems like the better paddle for me. I like to add weight to all my paddles so it won’t be too heavy with a nice sw and tw. Also the wide body give more room to hit without hitting frame
I would prefer the J3K paddlel. I currently use a Selkirk Luxx. I wanted a different paddle with a little more pop.
I used to play table tennis and I enjoy using my volair mach 2 forza. But this kevlar J3K pro looks nice. Might be an upgrade. Looks legit.
I think that’s the move IMO!
If I were to get a standard shape paddle, I would consider the J3K because there's more wiggle room for weight customization. Thanks for the review!
leaning towards the j3k pro---I like to keep the quickness,. Hoping I don't need to add weight.
These look super cool. Since I don’t do much customization I’d want to go with the regular J3K!
Oh man, a standard-shape banger?? Sign me up for the Pro! Lower swing weight + more control, but still powerful; sounds like a win/win.
I love my J2K paddle but seem to miss the sweet spot a lot. I would love to try the J3K Pro for the slightly wider body and power.
Jk3 pro looks absolutely insane. It would be great to have a high performance paddle after using a 20 dollar Walmart paddle🤣. With the new release of this paddle, this seems like it hit everything a player would like.
Great comparison to the Mach 2, would love to try this especially with the longer handle
Thank you! Good luck!
I’m checking that paddle out soon!
I just bought the J2K and love it! Would love to try the J3K Pro for a more aggressive style at the kitchen! That would allow me to play different styles against different players.
Yeah, that’s how I do things as well! I switch paddles depending on who I’m mixing in with.
I'd prefer the Pro because it seems easier to customize. My grip setup is pretty simple, but I definitely want room to add tungsten before the paddle gets too heavy.
Would love the J3K. Love my Apollo, but want a standard shape w more power. From your review, sounds like this would fit the bill!
I think I would like the J3K pro based on your description. I think it would be great for my style of play.
I’ve been dying to try a standard shape and the J2K pro would be my top pick due to it’s light weight and pop
Great review! Would love to try a J3K Pro, looking to try a standard shaped paddle but don’t want to give up too much of my power!
I just got the J2K, and I love it!! I’d really like to try the J3K Pro as well!!
Have the original J3 and love it! Can’t wait to try the J3pro.
J3k seems better for me. Love the power. Thanks for the review.
I have the J2k and would like to play with the J3k Pro too. Thanks for your review.
The j3k pro looks good for a lightweight feel.
Thanks for another great review! I would prefer the J3K Pro due the lower weight and power weave.
I've been loving the J2K, definitely would love to try out the J3K Pro!
Nice review again! Both are great choices, but if I had to choose it’d be the J3K Pro for me for that extra control.
I'd definitely go J3K pro. Love the look of the lower swing weight while still having solid power. I do wonder how it would be going from a pure control paddle (Prism Flash) to a pure power paddle.
This would be a jump!
Great reviews. Very useful and detailed information for me. I think I would like to try the J3K.
Thank you for the kind words! Glad it was helpful!

I think I’d have to go Pro just to keep that SW low, that’s the advantage to a standard shape and with out that might as well play hybrid imo
Might sound crazy coming from tennis and cheap elongated paddles but would love to try a high quality paddles built for control
Great video! I’d be interested in the standard J3K, partially because I’m just curious how a more heavy, hard hitting paddle will feel on the court
Would love the J3K Pro as I've been loving wide/standard bodies but have been wanting more pop. Prefer the Pro for the lighter weight.
J3K Pro seems like it would be an interesting contrast to my Mach 2 Forza 16mm. Appreciate this and your other videos!
Thank you! And yes, the J3K Pro would be quite a bit different than the 16mm M2F!
J3K Pro would be perfect for me! I really like what Honolulu Pickleball Company has been doing. Thanks for the review.
Love the J2K and would love to try out the J3K/PRO now!
I think j3k pro would be more to my liking. Lighter weight would be a deal maker for me
TY! for the review and yes a lot of the other paddle pods are reviewing the Honolulu paddles and they reviews are all positive. I would love to put the J3 pro through it's paces on the court. 🏓

Thank you! Good luck!
j3k pro! seems to have solid power compared to all other wide bodies
Excellent review, I'd be interested in the J3K pro per your recommendation, already have a j2k and absolutely love it!
I love the J2K, too!
The j3k pro because of the lower weight and swing weight. Thanks for the review!
Great review! Love my J2K, these would be fun to try out!
That J3K pushes all the buttons. The knock on the wide bodies is the lack of power and pop. This one got it right.

I would take the j3k pro version. It just sounds more fun!!
J3K Pro is the ONE!
I'd take the J3K Pro for the lower swing weight.
I think the J3K Pro would best fit my style of play and customization.
J3K Pro for the power and lower swing weight!
I would love to try a different shaped paddle. Would like to try the J3K pro.
J3K Pro sounds lovely- lower swingweight, lower weight, great control. Wouldn’t mind trying that out!
I would go for the j3k pro due to the lighter weight. didn’t like the soartus too much and would love to try the j3k series
Seems like great paddle. I am very curious to try it out!
Great review as always. Just received my J2K yesterday. Would love to try the J3K Pro as well.
Appreciate the kind words!
That J3K looks amazing. Honolulu has been cranking out great paddles and this one seems like another home run.
Pro would be good for it being lighter for some customization
I hope to apply my beginners luck on the pro model.
I think the Pro would be my choice. I really need the power!!!
Both of these sound like great paddles. I switched from standard shape paddles (GB CX14) a while back to hybrids to get a little extra power. I'm excited about these J3 paddles though and would love to tryout the J3K Pro based on your review.
Definitely more interested in the pro since it has a lighter swing weight
Great stuff man. Love your reviews. Definitely would like to get my hands on the J3K Pro. I’ve been using elongated paddles since I started and would love to try out this standard for more control from Honolulu; love their brand.
Thank you! Good luck!
Interested in the j3k pro looking for a little more power.
Lovin the low swing weight, shape, and handle length on the J3K pro. Thanks for the review!
Great review! Bought a regular J3 with the supersale, would be interested in trying j3k for the softer game.
It’s a great deal!
Great review. I want the J3K Pro because it seems to match my game better. My main paddle is the Volair Mach 2 Forza, and I'm looking for more power while still maintaining control. The J3K Pro seems to check all those boxes.

Thanks so much!

Would love to play with the Pro and see how powerful it is!
Pro would be good. This is an excellent standard shape paddle
J3K pro. Power and the color of it.
J3K for me because of the lower swing weight and opportunity to add weight.
Would prefer the standard J3K based on overall court balance my game needs, thanks
The j3k pro just sounds perfect to me! I love the extra handle length and with some good pop and power but some still some decent control!
j3k pro to customize the weights. Never used a wide body but always wanted to try it out.
Interesting the pro model is lighter than the standard. That's the one I'd pick if I had to choose.
Wow. Honolulu is getting a lot of exposure. I’m in for the J3K
Great Review. Have been looking forward to hear more about these paddles from a wider review base. I've really been enjoying my Spartus Apollo, but the J3K sounds really good. I especially like the idea o the Pro version , so you can dial in your weight and feel for your style. J3KPRO!!!
Interested in the pro version! to be able to play better in the kitchen
Honolulu going all in on Kevlar! Not just hype but performance and durability at good price points. Love the review for the power and pop of the J3K Pro.
Nothing but good things from HPC! The J3K Pro chooses me because I like low swing weights for more optimal customization. Much love!
Definitely cool paddles 💪🏼
J3KPro for me. I’m using a Crbn 2X w a crushed core and really like the power without swinging too hard. No control and too poppy. Like standard shapes and your review gives me the opinion of keeping same characteristics with more control and spin and keeping the weight down for better customizing.
Great review and I was curious how your grips always looked thicker than most. The Pro being lighter makes the most sense for my game here. Thanks!
Haha. Mystery solved! I’m pretty sure it makes doing whips easier with that grip set-up as well.
