Great review! I like that this seems to be poppier than j2k and j2k pro. Does this paddle have more usable handle length vs the J2k? That was my biggest gripe with the J2k (along with wanting more pop).
Thank you! Just compared the two handles, and I think the Maverix could have a tad more usable space. It seems to taper a bit more on the bottom of the face.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the Clash Pro has fiberglass; it’s just not advertised as having that in its face. However, it’s super poppy, so that would help explain that! As for how it compares to the Shapeshifter, I’d say the Clash Pro is def more poppy and probs more powerful. The All Court is closer to the Shapeshifter but with less pop and power IMO. Hope that helps!
As of now, I haven’t been able to get my hands on their paddles. However, I do plan to get some vids out on the PIKKL paddles, which appear to have similar shapes!

Great review!
Thank you!
There were several times in the video you said “Havik”. Just to make sure, were you still referring to the “Clash”?
Haven’t played with other Maverix paddles, so I’m sure I meant the Clash. My bad!
All good. I am testing both currently and wanted to make sure. Thanks!
Love it!
Too nice! Hope to hit around with you sometime soon!

How do these compare to the shapeshifter? The pro also has that fiberglass layer, right?

@@MatthewKPickleball thanks, sounds like it’s similar and right in between in terms of power. Any significant sweet spot, feel or spin differences?
@@JustinGiannone The biggest difference is the unusual/unique touch and feel. I talk about it at 3:57
How do you compare it with the Thrive Azul
I haven’t hit with the Azul, but the Clash Pro version has some similarities to the OG Kinetic from Mark Pickleball in case that helps!
Another great content and review Matthew of Clash 15mm Pro & AC, will you review the Versix Vector XL paddle is a 15mm
