I feel like if the team had forgiven ward instead of being over-emotional hypocrites, he could’ve had a redemption arc and could’ve been a “boba fett” type of character, like hunter was. he could’ve been a merc helping out unaffiliated with anyone doing some good on the sidelines/shadows He wanted to do good and atone for his crimes but the team didn’t truly forgive him and the moment jemma tried to kill him I think that’s what hurt him afterwards and turned him back to his fight or flight psychotic mindset. Deep down he still genuinely cared about the team but No one in coulson’s team were saints, ward was a bad guy but not 100% evil.

Man Agents of Shield was SOOO good. Great story arcs with a lot twists and suspense, great characters that you could really grow to love over the years, and really great romantic arcs as well. The love story of Phil and May, and FitzSimmons was so cute and really well evolved.

I love this series , but I just want to know one thing. Just why ……why couldn’t we have all our agents together at the end of season 7 , why couldn’t we get Tripp, Bobby, hunter, Robbie, Lincoln, even a reformed grant Ward back , and have the old team forgive him. Just to at least get some sort of real closure with everyone.

I think this is what Marvel is missing, they need a phil caulson. It's gotten so big and fragmented that its missing the heart of what made the early MCU great.

I love it when they're in the lab and just casually finishing each other's sentences...like, it kind of gives me a headache, but at the same time, it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that they're related.
