@@brodythebrickbuilder6843 I don't disagree with this. I think they played with the idea of Fitz/Skye early on but FitzSimmons killed any chance of it happening.
@@krazzeeaj Well the good news is, there’s a chance Fitz and Daisy might happen. I actually created a show idea for Fitz and Daisy called The Engineer and the Hacktivist. I sent my idea to the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California on July 16, 2021. I hope that they accept/approve my idea so that what I am waiting for finally becomes reality!
The writers broke the event horizon for their relationship when Fitz took down Daisy (I know he thought he had a good reason). It was a great moment, but you could tell the writers never knew how to properly repair their relationship in a satisfying way beyond "Daisy forgives Fitz because this wasn't that version of him". So many fans got pissed off the writers tried to shortcut into a reconciliation without properly writing one so the writers tried to just minimise it by having them interact less lol.
@Skyblaze77 the writers wrote themselves into a corner and couldn't get themselves out of it. It made me really sad, because these were the two characters that I was rooting for the most. Maybe I watched too many behind the scenes and interview videos of Chloe and Iain goofing off together.
The sad thing about Fitz and Daisy is that in their own ways they been through the same stuff. They are the closest people to Jemma. They both were hit deeply when Ward betrayed them. They both support each other after Fitz had his injury and Dasiy unlocked her powers and didn't treat each other differently. They both grew up without a Father figure. Both found a brother figure in Mack. In their own way they were brainwashed, Daisy by HIve and Fitz by the framework, which caused them the hurt the people they love and also hurt each other, Daisy Quaked Fitz to the wall, and Fitz tortured her. Both forgave each other for it. They are always concerned about each other and always save each other when they can. Fitz felt bad for the way he had to remove Daisy's devise, and she did not want to forgive him for that, but he still forgave her actions, and she eventually forgave him after he died. She was hurt and was willing to search the universe for him to make sure he was safe. In the end, she was happy that he was happy and he was happy that she was happy. Siblings are always there for each other when times are bad, they fight but eventually they forgive each other. These two are Siblings and will always be. They went from a young hacker and S.H.I.E.L.D engineer to S.H.I.E.L.D's best fighter and brain. They are both different and there is nothing wrong with that.

Daisy had no free will while she was under Hive's sway. Fitz did when he removed the inhibitor, he snapped out of his fugue state and still kept going, agreeing with what his "doctor personality" had set up. And, worse than that, in the aftermath he essentially blamed her for it, claiming he had no choice since she wouldn't have done it (except of course he had a choice, including asking her to do it which he never did) and had the gall to compare her worst traumas (being manipulated and lied to by her mom, being brainwashed by Hive) to betrayals and to what he had just done. Which he never apologized for or even show actual regret (or at the very least enough compassion to say nothing instead of gaslighting her).
Daisy, otoh, felt immense guilt for what she had no control over (hurting her friends while hived) and never once made excuses for it, even though none of it was her choice nor had she any responsibility in Hive being on Earth in the first place. They are very much *not* alike.
@@agentrandom3309 I think @Sofia Villa means Daisy and Fitz go through similar things, but they handled it differently.
I hate how the show handle 5x14 events in some way looks like Fitz was the victim there.
That face when daisy realizes what’s happening. Damn it’s heartbreaking cuz she knows there’s nothing she could do to stop him.

Definitely the most difficult to watch because the two have had it the worst out of all the team. It's a shame we didn't see them reconnect in the last two seasons. All in all, impressive work as always.....
So, are there any plans for the future? There is still plenty of great potential, especially after your solo May video.
Thank you for your continued support for these videos! I'm going to do Mack and Fitz next for sure, but I'm not really sure about the order of videos to do after.
The ones I want to do soon are Mack & YoYo, a Philindaisy one (I know I did Daisy+Coulson and Daisy+May already but I kind of want to do one with them all together), Coulson & FitzSimmons, and Hunter & Bobbi. As suggested by another kind viewer, I also want to do one with the team as a whole. And of course, I would love to do solo character videos to really showcase their growth... just need to see when I get to those!
@@toastyin yeah. I was going to ask about Fitz and Mack. Kind of like with Daisy, those two's relationship started out strong than got weaker as the show progress. That said I would also like to maybe see a Hunter and Fitz video too sometime.
@@toastyin and not sure if you're just doing the good guys but I think you could do a Ward growth. That might have to be a solo one, but I just love how that the last time we see Ward is when he was a good guy in the framework. What a perfect way to compromise an ending for a character that had caused division in the fanbase.

The show gives Fitz and Daisy sibling vibes rather than romantic vibes. If Fitz and Simmons were given sibling vibes rather than romantic vibes, Fitz and Daisy would have gotten together.

@@justinnn3113 Honestly, I think there was something more to Fitz and Daisy then the eye can tell. I noticed it myself. I believe that Daisy does have feelings for Fitz, which means that Lincoln and Daniel have served as subconsciouses for Daisy to deal with her feelings for Fitz. I’ve seen the signs that Daisy has feelings for Fitz. I think that Daisy was tearing up at the wedding in Season 5 because she was heartbroken that Fitz married Simmons (and now she’s still heartbroken). She probably also loves him. I’ve also seen the signs that Fitz has feelings for and loves Daisy, but he can’t express his feelings due to his stupid-ass marriage with Simmons. I have a series idea called The Engineer and the Hacktivist, which will finally bring Fitz and Daisy together. I wrote this idea to the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank on July 16 2021, which will finally make my Fitz and Daisy ideas become reality.

Absolutely amazing video!!! It makes me so sad how few scenes of there friendship there were after the first half of season 5 like honestly fitz and daisys friendship was one of the greatest in the show they just didn't get enough screentime in the final 2 season to resolve what he did to her in season 5 onscreen which is sad because one thing i loved about them in the first 4 seasons was how they were like siblings they had such a deep understanding and love for one another and it showed but due to lack of scenes together in later seasons you could never see it as strong as in earlier seasons. You did such a great job at capturing the essence of their friendship i love all your videos keep them up they're really good

Well, I think his role in season 6 aside from his relationship with Jemma of course, was to help flesh out Enoch and Deke before he had to be written off in season 7. Those two pretty much took over his role in the team's dynamic.
İ think the real reason is the first 5 seasons had 23 episodes per season.So they can explore their friendship and feelings.But 6th and 7th seasons they had to cut it short so they didn't explain much things.In 7th seasons Fitz only is in 1 episode for God's sake.If it was 22 episodes we could say he came in middle of the season.

I just want to say that in Seasons 6-7 Daisy had no reason to be mad at Fitz because the 2nd Fitz isn't the one that took out her inhibitor in Season 5.

not exactly, she never got closure with 1st fitz and every time she tried to get it, he or something else shut her down, 2nd fitz still had 1st fitz’s face, can you imagine how hard it would be to see the face of the guy that tortured you everyday? and know that you weren’t even allowed to be mad at him? because he literally DIED and so she just had to swallow that pain because they were also grieving? daisy has every right to still be mad tbh i hope they made up like off screen or something, but that’s yknow, my issue lol

i don't think she was ever mad at 2nd fitz but i get why she would never be able to trust him again. either way it's the same fitz that went through the framework and became evil and the "reason" he got the psychotic break and the doctor came out was because of stress, which could still definitely happen again since apparently therapy isn't a thing in this show lol. what i'm saying is he still has the full potential to hurt her again if something triggers him enough

I love Fitz -Simmons, but... I love more Fitz-Skye couple.
The way Fitz held Daisy in his arms in S2E11 makes it seem like they could have become a couple.
I'll just assume this for now:
During Fitz and Simmons' wedding, Daisy held in her feelings for Fitz. And probably after the wedding, unbeknownst to everyone else, she went to find a spot to cry. It's a shame Fitz and Daisy didn't get together.
