Ohhh, I only just found this 3 month old video, NOW I see how your crayons got so much shorter when they had been full size recently! And yes, purposely breaking Neocolor II's must have been quite painful but it did give you a very nice travel set, for free even!! This was a very interesting, different and thoughtful video. Nicely done!!

You, my friend Heather, have major talent! Your drawing skills blow me away. As another commenter pointed out, you do this without sharp drawing tools which is harder, at least for me. I’m really glad to be part of your community. It’s wonderful watching the magic happen in front of our very eyes as you develop each picture. Thanks for sharing and being a happy person.

I really enjoyed sketching these with you! I enjoyed the moose the most because I’m from Alaska and they remind me of home. I just opened my first package of carand’ache neocolor 2’s, so I’m excited and nervous to finish these! I took screenshots of the references 😊

I see a rock in the middle and a blue door next to it. Around it are sand dunes and in the front I see some dead trees. The door reminds me a bit of the round doors of the hobbits from Lord of the Rings.

Amazing! I enjoyed this video. Head shapes are a challenge for me. I have to start out with a pencil so that i can erase. Your hands seemed to float effortlessly, making the subject magically appear. Thank you from Oklahoma. I really enjoyed watching 😊.

Always motivation and inspiration when I tune into your videos. I'm asking if you would do something on black paper. I just did a bee on black with my stabilo woodies in gold, silver, white and black to re-darken a few areas. I would love to see what you do with black paper

2:31 purple hat, kind of like a cowboy or field worker…maybe a boat worker's hat, floating on water, with a green wave about to crash down on it. The yellow circle could either be a hot sun (the reason the wide brimmed hat was being used, or a large fire of something burning (maybe the reason the hat is floating in the water.

Moose, wolf, deer, & fox. You did fantastic on them all!!

I did this with you. Um I had trouble with them all!😊 Faces of animals are not my thing. But it was fun! The antlers are what I did best on. My moose looks like a horse with antlers ! Lol thank you for a great video!

I think my favourites were the tree with the well, the Vincent Van Gogh one, the bird, the secretary bird (?)... The purple frog reminded me of Toad in Wind in the Willows, and the other tall frog shortly after the secretary bird and chicken was also full of character. The painting of the flowers at 14:17 was lush.

I could tell what every animal was from the 2 minute sketch!! 😍 I think that is a major win!! 🏅 The fox is so adorable!! 🦊 He has kind of a self-satisfied look on his face in your drawing, which gives him such personality!! 😅 The deer looks like one that has been wandering around our neighborhood!! 🦌 Both the wolf and the moose are awesome!! 🫎🐺 Great job with tricky subjects!! 👏 👏

I think you’re being hard on yourself-it can’t be easy getting that much detail in that small space with a non-fine point tip. Fur tutorial is a must! 😊 Thanks for sharing. Wolf was amazing!!!

Another great video. Ok so I done a few pictures in the Hobby Lobby Masters Touch Bristol sketchbook. I told you I would let you know how it turned out with wet medium. Well I just got me some water soluble oil pastels so that was my fist layer and once those dried I used the Derwent inktense pencils and once those dried I used black fountain pen. Well the pages warped a little while wet but once they dried it was fine. So if you do fine them the next time you go out it is worth a try. I got a special and got 2 - 8x8 books. They are hard cover and grey. I got them for $7.89 I think don't quote me on that. But it is rare to find that special come to find out. It is normally that price for just one book. Anyways, you have a wonderful day. Love the work. One day I am going to do it along with you. I just start watching before I am ready and then I cant stop to get everything . lol
