Hi Friends,
Welcome to my channel. My name is Rafal and I'm from Poland.
This channel is dedicated for all scale model enthusiasts. I will share my builds, kit reviews , and tips.
English is not my mother thongue language, so forgive my mistakes.
Usually, I build a 1:32 or 1:48 scale. When the build is complex I make a few videos, each presents a certain stage of the build. At the end when the model is done I release a summary video with fewer details, but focusing on the most interesting moments of the process.
Make models, not war! Peace.

Jammer Lift Truck build video:
ua-cam.com/video/8g-SehhxPts/v-deo.html
The Fairchild-Republic A-10 Thunderbolt II is a turbo-fan powered single-seater attack aircraft. The prototype flight took place in 1972, and serial production took place in 1975-1984. In total, 715 examples of this aircraft were built. The main task of the A-10 was to combat armor of the Warsaw Pact in central and western Europe. It was also supposed to balance the quantitative advantage of the USSR over NATO troops in armored weapons. Such a task resulted in the fact that the plane is characterized by a great resistance to damage, unheard of in other assault machines, the armor of the cockpit and a very high overall durability of the structure. The A-10 is also manoeuvrable - at 275 km / h, the turning radius is 300 meters, increasing to just 400m with a speed increase of 550 km / h. The main armament is the 30mm GAU-8 / A rapid-fire cannon. In addition, the plane can carry from 6,500 to 7,300 kg of weapons depending on the amount of fuel transferred. The A-10 Thunderbolt II was used in combat in Operation Desert Storm, where it performed excellently and proved its high value. Technical data: Top speed: 706 km / h; maximum range: 3950 kg, climb speed 30.5 m / s.

Hello, nice model. I am making a 3D model as detailed as possible to then print it if I can in a 1/10 or 1/12 scale, and you have already seen in this model as well as in others, that they do not include the central fuel tank, leaving this hollow space. Why?
Thanks. 1/10 scale? Where do you keep them? Re. fuel tank, and other internal gear, I guess they do not add them as they do not offer an option to open covers and show them. Just my guess.
I Thanks for the reply. I'll hang it from the ceiling of the room. We plan to not just stick to that version. One we'd like to make, or rather modify, is the Nakajima A6M2-N.
@TheShadowssp sounds cool!
This is always a great kit . It could benefit new decals, some PE , detailed guns and pilot figures , some more detail . This is an awesome kit . Kid don't build models, adults do. It's great mental health therapy and great mental health and heart relaxation . The pride and great feeling you get when you're done and proudly show what you've created. You. Smile inside , it's an amazing build and you're Damned proud of your accomplished skills and masterpiece. Vman.
Thank you for watching and sharing your thoughts.
Sturmbock something heavy ,used for ramming . Had to look it up . American bombers expect! Very nice build. I just love the helix on the prop spinner , definitely a blue ribbon winner. Keep up with the war planes they're awesome Vman.
:) Thank you @JohnLVieira-t9d !
Malowanie mistrz! ❤
Dzięki:)
Looks great, I would like to have seen how you painted and finished the seat cushion. Looking forward to seeing the full diorama!
Thank you. Next time I will include details like this. Thanks for suggestion and for watching.
Sehr enthusiastischer Modellbauer. Tolle Videos. Schön anzuschauen.
Thank you.
This kit is nice . I built a few , but needs after market parts , suggested help from Dragon dml and or SWS. Then it would be Damned awesome . P.E and an excellent paint and paint job . Do thi this great plane it's finest honors!
Thank you for watching and leaving a comment. Question about other 109's in 1:32. As I miss surface details in this kit. Don't you think the ones released by Trumpeter or Eduard ar far better than this one?
Change the music to a far more noble setting the plane itself deserves.
Absolutely stunning 🎉 23:05
Thank you for watching till the end, and for your comment. It really helps my channel, but also my mojo:)
Very detailed and dynamic looking diorama my friend! It was nice watching it unfold over the past several months. It looks exactly like the aircraft I worked on for over 15 years. I will let my friends know about your video.who are still maintaining the Warthog. 😊
Thank you Darren for all your input during the build!
@@modelfun My pleasure, it was a lot of fun looking back on my time working with this aircraft.
Well done; and I think a Pilot climbing up the ladder would be a highlicht and two ground personal disarrange or moving the wheelchocks? (I do not know the engl word)
Thank you for watching, and your suggestion. I also think few figures will add to the scene and make it more busy. Never worked with the figures, so it may be a big challenge :) But I will try :)
Hello Rafal, that was a absolutely outstanding build of a very iconic US aircraft, your attention to deatail wax excellent with the small carrier cart and the well chocks, maybe you could gave added a aircraft mover tractor and some ground crew, congratulations on a job very well done, best regards from Australia, Les
Thank you Les! :) It's nice to see you like it! Best Rafal
Hello mr. Mofu!flawless build you have done.thank u4 delivering fun excitenes and Inspiration. I truly like your comment.thank u4sharing.keep your mojo!with best regards and sticky greetings from Brandenburg germany.faithfully yours.your modellmate.christian
Hello Christian! :) Thank you for watching and good words! Greetings!
I bought the Squadron-Signal reference book years ago. The landing gear has a rat's nest of electrical cables, brake cables, and pneumatic tubing.
Some UV resin over those modded landing lights really made them look very realistic.
Thank you.
Surprised nobody ever came up with a better ECM pod for Warthogs and Vipers.
Funny that Fairchild Republic left the Pave-Penny mounts, even though the Sniper and LANTIRN pods the A-10Cs carry put them in the technological ash-heap.
Wow, that separated wing-root fillet makes locking the wing in quite easy, doesn't it?
I think it does, however the instruction says it should be mounted before the wing. To me it looked as an obstacle, so I did opposite :)
I was spoiled to have the Selfridge Red Devils' A-10Cs near me. They always do impressive low-speed CAS flying and touch-and go's around Chesterfield and Harrison Township, Michigan. Their P-47 tribute paintjob with invasion stripes was the cat's t@ts.
Nice!
Quinta 3Decals to the cockpit rescue for sure.
I'd rather support one of the many Ukrainian companies rather than a Russian company such as Quinta
@@BarkingSpyda Kelik for sure.
@@TAWei-hi6uv Absolutely! 🇺🇦
So glad we finally got a few decent replacements for those antiquated Tamiya and Monogram kits.
True, there was a long gap in beetween, and all of the sudden there are few new releases. :)
grait work but for a 1:1 match you schould try the hobby color c-60 rlm02 grey
Thank you, will note that down for my next Luftwaffe model :)
nice detailed cockpit . and grait aircraft.
Thanks for watching and positive feedback. I'm glad you like it.
Absolutly nice👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Great Build! I want to build this kit and paint it in a US Airforce captured scheme.
Thanks, and good luck, your idea sounds like an interesting one.
Perfect build 🔥🔥🔥

Very nice work! I look forward to seeing the rest of your presentation. I had built polystyrene injected mold models of this vehicle, in 1:72nd- and 1:48th-scales.
In 1:72 it has to be super small. I bet you have a good magnifier or super sharp eyes :)
@@modelfun , actually, I have terribly poor vision; however, if I bring an object to round 10 cm (4") of my eyes, one of them can focus upon it. Aren't you glad I'm not driving?
:)))))) yes, maybe it is better you are not driving :) Respect for your presistance with 1:72 scale.
@@modelfun Only when necessary. I would rather 1:32nd- and 1:24th-scale aircraft model kits.
@DavidRLentz-b7i same here:). Happy modeling!
I'm the guy in the picture driving the lift truck 😊 Unbelievable job once again my good friend. Looks like the real thing. Color is just as I remember it and you didn't fail to include all the little nuances which makes up this versatile little machine. Can't wait to see the video of the diorama when you're finally finished. Good luck!
Thanks Darren! :)
nice job well done ,i am doing models forever i never knew the trick with the wax
Thank you. :) For me this trick works perfectly.
So, this Revell kit has no Packard licensed built RR Merlin V-12 engine?
No engine at all.
@@modelfun thanks. I wonder why not.
@DavidRLentz-b7i I don't know, maybe savings $$. It is still quite cheap kit for 1:32 scale. Would be lot nicer with the engine tho :)
@@modelfun I do not denigrate it. From what you show here, it is a very good kit, and appreciably cheaper than others. It is kilometres better than the kits I years past had seen (then discounted). I would like to find something similar in 1:25th-scale (ideally, with a fully detailed engine, etc.), to set alongside a four-wheel, wingless, Ford Mustang two-door coupe.
@DavidRLentz-b7i nice idea. I know there is a kit from Trumpeter available on 1:24. But in 1:25 I've never seen one.
Question Does the propeller spin?
Absolutely stunning build. A beautiful kit of a very important aircraft. Used by us Aussies extensively in the Pacific.
Thank you. I'm glad you like it. Thanks to ICM I discovered more about this aircraft. Should be better known for it's contribution, but seems a bit forgoten instead. Thank you for watching :)
Excellent build. Very timely as I just received the Eduard 1/48 Mig-21 PFM in the mail today. One drawback of that kit is that the instructions don't always show which of the decal variants apply to alternative parts. One example is that two photoetch frets are provided for the cockpit, one in turquoise green and the other in gray, but nothing is noted as to which to use. As I am going to build it as the Polish plane from 1994, my guess is the gray one is correct.
Thank you. Yes, I strugelled with some decals and stencils. Regarding cockpit, I'm not an expert, but I think the gray was a color used in the early production phases, later on it was replaced with the green. I think there is a huge debate over it on britmodeller forum, possibly you can find details there. Thankyou for watching and have fun with your model.
When I watch you guys, you all use the Tam Liquid Poly with the green lid. What is the trick for getting this to stick using such tiny dabs? Is the glue fresher than the stuff I get on a certain very well known web site? What am I doing wrong? Also my trigger assembly for a fairly decent Iwata Revolution BR, do you have any tips for this, the trigger button at top dangles to a link with one edge slightly angled, should this edge be placed facing the nozzle. It is so fiddly it makes me not want to use it, please help! It’s a shame because it is a great little brush otherwise. Thanks for your videos as always.
For me Tamiya cement works good. I think the fact that is not well known is, that it works more like a dissolver, than glue, Two pieces of plastic are connected by melting the material, not glueing. Sorry to see you have issues with your airbrush, I have no experience with Iwata, and hence no knowledge about it :(. Thank you for watching my videos.

The chipping is excessive considering the life of a zero is maybe 6 months.

Beautiful Art my Friend! -Detroit
Thank you:) Cheers!
Really appreciate your video and a really nice build. I have just bough myself the Revell Spitfire Mk Ixc and I hope I can do as nice a job on it when I finally get round to building it. Like other commentators I was put off buying it because of reviews I had seen and read. When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised. It really is a high quality kit and far better value for money than the Tamiya Spitfire Mk IX which I also have. Right out of the box the Revell kit looks like a Spitfire. The Tamiya Spitfire may be slightly more accurate, but in my opinion it is over engineered , over hyped and seriously over priced for what you get in the box. It also has issues of its own, eg ; open gun bays but no guns.If you want the cannon and machine guns they will cost you at least another £30.00 on top of what the kit cost. From what I have heard there can be an issue with the quality of the decals as well. Over all the Revell Mk IX is a major improvement on the old Revell 1/32 scale Spitfire kits, but also a vast improvement on the 1/48 and 1/32 Spitfire kits in the Hasegawa range.
Thank you for watching, I'm happy you like it. Also, thanks for sharing your thughts on Tamiya Spitfire. I was thinking of builiding it one day, but the price is kinda holding me back from it. :) Maybe the one from Kotare is a better option?
@@modelfun Re the Tamiya kit on the plus side you do get full engine detail, The cowling attaches with magnets so you can display it with or without the engine cowling. you also get a stand and two alternate options for the landing gear so the spitfire can be displayed with the gear up or down. The question is whether all that justifies the asking price.I bought the kit because so many reviewers had been raving about the kit and I wanted to see it for myself. Also, I bought it second hand so saved some money on it plus the seller was including about £35.00 of paint with it. My main gripe with the kit is that if you are expected to pay over a £100.00 for a kit brand new, you shouldn't have to go and buy after market parts to complete it.
@@ericbeaton7211 totally agree. Well, I think with time we have more and more options to choose from. I will build a 1:32 Spitfire in the future, but maybe by the time I start there will be other brands with great value for $. Enjoy your build. Cheers from Poland:)
