The thing to remember as well is that effects like suspend or cascade that cast the creature crom exile don't allow this interaction. As the creature is going from exile to the stack, taking a break for any responces, and then into play from the stack.

How can the effect be true if he isn’t on the battlefield? If he enters and the replacement effect takes places then he can’t see himself in exile? Sometimes the rulings make no sense to me.

Genuinely trying to wrap my head around this, im not crazy big into magic but even with reading the rules it still sounds like it would have flying? I understand what you are saying with the timestamps and all of that and how you came to that reason with the 613.x's rules but looking at the rules 611.x's it sounds like its a continuous effect dependant on another ability which would give the continuous effect a new timestamp? Or are you saying it's a static continuous effect? Because that would then make sense with your explanation as to when it recives its time stamp. Because 611.2x makes it sound like its effect is dependant upon kite sailer gaining the equipment especially with it having the "As long as" phrase. Not saying im correct but it just seems different than their example with what constitues a static continuous effect.

With friends in a casual game, sure, it's the respectful thing to do to be honest about everything. But in a competitive match? Always expect the worst and assume your opponent is bluffing and playing just barely by the rules. I feel that's just common sense.

Both effects should go off at the same time, not one and then the other. Any other way just sounds awful.

There should never have been such a thing as a colorless card outside of lands. The lack of color restrictions break the fundamental balance of what you should and should not have per color going all the way back to alpha. Also no 0 cost spells ever, pay your fees goddamnit

What are you talking about it's trash tier. 3 mana for an anything tutor is a barely acceptible rate. It's a desperation tutor if you have a bunch of infinites that trigger off the cards it searches for and you don't have white or black. Other than that the rate is just dire for something that can only grab a tiny handful of cards most of which shouldn't go in any deck.
