    Before Polish Borders were opened for Illigal Migrants, Poland was always a peaceful place to live. NOW Poland needs more Police Officers, and guns. The violence that is happening in USA, is also going on all over Europe. EUROPE needs to step up their policing. Per European Union they're not suppose to report crimes, ASYLUM SEEKERS should get a free pass from Illigal activities. It's disgusting what some of the Ukraine teenagers are doing in Europe, and keep on getting free pass, not to mention Illigal Migrants Gangs, drugs, etc.

      That is completely untrue. There are many videos on this platform of interviews of people from Africa, Asia and the middle East and they comment specifically how welcoming Poland has been to them. I refuse to accept the premise that Poland is a racist country.

I recommend the film „Dlaczego POLSKA jest TAKA BEZPIECZNA?” (Why is POLAND SO SAFE?) from the channel Globalista - Oskar Bednarski. / in the search engine please write the title in Polish - English subtitles available/ This data will be a surprise. Most of these properties are sold in cash transactions from my understanding banks will not give a loan for the purchase of a ROD. The best advice I can give is search on OLX or Facebook for a rod property in the area you are looking for. Be prepared if the garden is close to the city it can have a smaller parcel size and greater restrictions on what can be built and how often you can access it with your car. For example one garden in Gniezno only allows gardeners to enter the garden with their car on Wednesday each week and the parcel size is about half the standard size.

    • @anamericaninpoland

      Also many gardens require a primary residence on file within a certain distance from the garden as they are meant to be used as gardens/vacation spaces and not as a primary residence.

Not sure how you go about having your second address though in case they check if you living permanently in that garden house? Would living in a van/motorhome be an option? And did you learn to speak polish or do people speak english as well? Thanks in advance for the reply 🤗

      Unfortunately especially as a foreigner who is residing in Poland based on a trc you have to have a primary address outside of the gardens as your legal residence. Also to even to be eligible to purchase a ROD property you have to show a legal residence within a certain distance from the ROD. my comments about living in the gardens is more about retired Poles and not foreigners who do not have permanent residency here in Poland. I hope this helps.

      That being said if you are a EU citizen you can buy land here in Poland without any extra restrictions and in rural villages the prices are still pretty decent . As far as the language goes that's a real challenge. I'm lucky my wife is Polish so she does most of the talking. Solid core wires are standard inside of walls, it brings electricity into your sockets, pretty much all walls here in Czechia have one solid core copper wires inside, it would be surprise for me if they had it differently in Poland. Ofcourse electric device has a normal multi wire cable, I am talking just about main connections between breakers and sockets, that should be solid core high diameter and if it's not like that, someone probably saved money.

      @@anamericaninpoland Here in Czechia, we have typically 16A breaker for each socket circuit and people really use it to the max current pretty often, especially in kitchen, I already saw extension cord to 2300W oven on fire, so people should definitelly not underestimate current levels in 230V system. Most of people don't even know which breaker operates which circuits, so they put everything on one line and then they are surprised that breaker kicks it all out.

    • @anamericaninpoland
      @anamericaninpoland 2 місяці тому

      @Pidalin yeah that's one thing that i found really crazy. In the States 100A service to the house is normal and if it's a large house 200A where as here even dining a 75A single phase breaker is rare (unless you go to an electrical specialty shop)

    • @Pidalin
      @Pidalin 2 місяці тому

      @@anamericaninpoland There are some speculations about EU banning "big breakers" for homes or you will be paying for size of your breaker some fixed tax instead of paying actual consumption, it's another nonsense created by EU and I hope they will forget about it, but they already banned classic solder Sn60Pb40 so I am really afraid. 😀 16A for one socket line is pretty well selected size to have enough power for your devices and still beying pretty safe when everything is connected fine. I have no idea what ampers we get into whole house or apartment, I live in apartment from our company and I don't have conctract with electric company, so I don't know. I remeber when I owner bought a new machine (I work in furniture factory) that needs up to 100 kW in peaks and they had to bring crazy fat cable from different company that is located close to us and somehow connected it, ofcourse it was done officially, not DIY. 😀 It was temporarily permanent solution, as always. 🙂

    Thank you for the video. My wife's mother was Polish and her family came over to the US (Erie, PA) in the 1919-1921 era. Her ancestors were farmers, I believe from the Poznan region. We are not happy with the direction America is going with the corruption and politics and are considering relocating to Poland because of its strong Nationalism and low crime. We own a few properties in Virginia (125 acre farm, a permanent residence on 1.5 acres in a small town just 15 minutes from our farm, and a 1 acre building lot on a freshwater river that was left to me by my grandmother). How hard would it be to buy 5-10 acres out in the countryside as a permanent residence so I can continue to do small scale farming? Would it be easier to buy an existing house or build a new house the way I want it? Thanks in advance.

    • @anamericaninpoland
      @anamericaninpoland 2 місяці тому

      It's not impossible but the easiest way would be for your wife to get her polish citizenship by descent from her mother. That would give her the ability to purchase land in Poland without restrictions. That being said anything that is listed as farm land in Poland can only be sold to farmers and I'm not sure exactly how those regulations work. Regardless I would start with the citizenship process it makes purchasing land as a non EU resident much much less complicated.

    Quiet: wonderful, I can't stand yelling, noisy stuff/people. No f bombs, gottit. I stare, my dog stares and I smile when I feel happy or inspired like at little kids and friendly dogs. My mother told me, "never come empty handled." It shows gratitude. Also do not complain about the cooking no matter how bad it is and say thank you when you leave then invite them. I also think it is intrusive, superficial and dismissive to say to a person, "What's your name, where are you from, how do you earn a living." It sounds like I have to justify breathing. No saggy butt pants, great. No Paris fashion or Spandex. I'm not into fashion. I tried the language, it's not that hard, grammar is a bit complex. It is very refreshing and easy for me that a coffee date is just a coffee date, I love coffee. Do they have good coffee? Don't talk about how cheap it is in Poland. The same is true in Israel, where I live now. The Zlyota is about the same value to USD as the Shekel now. Thank you very much for this video, it encourages me to go to Poland some day and explore. My father & his family were all Polish. I am not sure about the Lithuanian grandmother on my mother's side, it may depend on which city she came from. Taking Warsaw for example, there was a brutal crackdown on gangs after the corrupt communist government was abolished in the 90s. After that the only thing you need to look out for are the boars on the outskirts and the football fans, who take their club reputation way too seriously. But they hate cops more than regular people and one of them even warned me that cops were coming when I was dozing off on a cozy barrier at one of the tram stations at 2 AM. If you want to buy a house with a plot of land, I advise you to buy in the suburbs (cities in Poland have suburbs) or buy a terraced house from a developer. Developers, like in other countries, buy land and build entire streets of identical houses, making them easy to buy. In such real Polish villages, many houses are not residential houses but agricultural habitats and there are other problems with the purchase of such an agricultural habitat, the right of pre-emption has many agencies, I had to wait 6 months to buy my habitat and I am 100% Polish, I have citizenship and have lived there since birth in Poland

Everything else you mention, I find absolutely wrong and quite the opposite. This also applies to what you say regarding their Christian values. I speak from more than 30 years of experience with these people. They only know how to take, not to give back. They are the first to appear where there is something to gain. They are all over the world, enjoying milk and honey, yet they do not want anyone different or of another faith in their country. Now, please tell me one single country where there is no Polish community. However, I have not become a hater of Poles, as my best friend is from Poland. Best regards,

    I've squatted in the woods in many places in America. I wonder if there's some scrubland or abandoned buildings outside of krakow. Probably. But, I can imagine Poles are 110% cop callers. Perhaps a van or sailboat is the way to go over there. Especially since the Vistula is a big river.

    reason for CNN's headline is that they're not Fox News, they don't deal in alternative facts and never had to pay $750 million for lying.... every news has to be verified by few (at least two) reputable sources and whenever they're wrong, they issue an apology (unlike you know who)... and reporting in real time on live video can lead to misleading headlines, hence hesitance in making a definitive conclusion as to what has happened

      @czarekp3552 they were there as a school trip to visit the monuments and museums in the capitol. The place where the whole situation took place was the meeting place for all of the students on the school trip. It was never about marginalized people the person who actually started was a member of the Hebrew Israelites (a group of black racist fanatics hiding behind religion in very much the same way as the KKK did for the whites) it was a sad situation that was exacerbated by once again partisan politics (because of the red maga hat) in which CNN defamed Sandman based solely on his assumed political beliefs. That's why CNN had to pay him the settlement. he won settlements from others as well I just don't remember the exact details of the other cases.

      That's super frustrating I would have liked to read your full comments. That being said I understand what you're getting at. I agree much of his rhetoric is horrible. That being said equations to him and other historical figures are vastly overstated. He was in office once already and his actions varied greatly from his rhetoric. At the end of the day the idea of bemoaning a failed assassination is a very sad state of affairs. Regardless I appreciate you taking the time to write thoughtful comments in response to the video and look forward to future conversation.
