Of course, I'd like to do some follow-up ones when I have some time to do. Getting licensed isn't very complicated, but the failure rate is pretty high. There's a lot of pitfalls. One of the major problems agents have is they don't know how to find clients. There are so many ways to do that, but it requires work.
@@tarasa-hurley i absolutely love homes and always have since i was young, but i don't enjoy working with people and have poor social skills so i don't think realty is for me, i wouldn't be a good salesperson lol. just trying to find a career that will be something i'm passionate for that i'd be capable of doing. it's very hard finding your purpose :/
@@yvesfromloona3217 I have my bachelors of science and psychology and my masters in clinical counseling. I use the skills from counseling to uncover the needs of my clients to find them the right properties. Buying and selling a house can also be very stressful so those clinical techniques that I learned in my degree help me when communicating with my clients.
