It's a neat layout, and I like the third floor bedroom conversion. If the home is not air conditioned, I'd add the outside unit, and inside equipment to the furnace.
Basement is creepy and the alley is right on your door no way. Don't care for those long steps to the bedrooms. Creepy although I do like the remodel job.

Third floor bedroom isn’t really a bedroom. No closet. Not a bad reno, but several of the design choices are questionable.
