U can always cut half mold to fit on proper angle :)
There's something really peaceful and wholesome about this video that makes me forget about the review and enjoy it. Subscribed! One thing I would like to mention is that your videos, including recent ones, are using too much de-noising. It hurts my ears a little bit, just my opinion :)
@kimchisushi5489 Hey Kim, thanks for the kind words 🫡 I'll look into the audio issue you've mentioned - thanks for that too! - I honestly have no idea what I'm doing with audio so it may be a quick fix 🤣
how does the 4.0 compare to the superglide? I want to get one but im not sure which one I want to get. Please help
Have you tried Pulsar xlite v3 large?
interested to see how Nylon66 will feel post breakin
I generally use AMBERSIL SILICONE LUBRICANT spray on hard mouse pads like the Logitec G440 or Razer Sphex , it dries dry and makes it super nice feel and reduces friction, that might be good to use on your uncoated Atlas.
@BLACKSYNTH Thank you Blacksynth, I'll consider trying this for sure 🫡
@@LogPileGaming P>S I have Razer Atlas arriving today, I'll be sure to look after it!
@@BLACKSYNTH It's an amazing pad 👏
Hello! I really appreciate your videos as someone that also likes to fingertip on glass pads. I was wondering what the *least* smooth glass pad you have is? I've moved from my grandma's cutting board which had a very rough texture, to the skypad 4.0. But the smoothness of the skypad wears down my skates so evenly that after an hour or so it becomes very sticky and slow with a lot of static friction build up on everything from jades to obsidians. It's driving me nuts! The cutting board never had this, I assume because there is roughness and texture so it isn't just 2 smooth surfaces building up static friction against eachother.
Hey dude, I'm glad you have enjoyed my content 😊 I have 2 things to offer, 1. If you enjoyed using the cutting board, you should just use that, 2. The Cerapad Kin with the TJX platix dots is a really nice combination, the ceramic has a rough feeling when you use the hard plastic skates, but it feels really nice to me. you can use other skates on the Kin, but I love the combo of Kin and Plastix dots. (I don't use plastix on anything else) I vaguely remember the wraith cosmic glass v2 control feeling quite textured (I've given mine away), but both of my recommendations are slow when comparing to the skypad 4.0. I hope this helps 🙏
@@LogPileGamingIt does, thank you. The cutting board has the slightest bit of tracking imperfection where it will do little micro-stutters, so I'll have to try out your recommendation. I don't need ultra-speed, I just need that glass pad low initial friction, without the sticky stop-and-go issue I have with the skypad for some reason. So your recommendations might work great, thanks again c:
@user-sm8qm5iy3e You might want to ask around too, i expect other reviewers will have different suggestions. good luck in your search dude
your vids are super high quality, subbed!!
@@Addys0nnCS Thank you 🤙
The Magtame Usb cable is also pretty good for Desktop dac amp solutions because it boosts the consinstancy of voltage going trough the port to the dac. Tested it myself with 3 dac amps and they got a better Sound.
@zDennii There's a lot I didn't cover in the magtame cable! Glad you're enjoying it too
Long tome no see, Log! I hope you had fun making this video. As always, I enjoy your presentation of the material 🤙💪
@d1s4pp3ar2 Hello friend, I did enjoy making this one, I hope you are keeping well 🤙
If you enjoy SoSpacer & ClawMate mods, the next logical step is clay. Once I started using clay, I never bothered looking for endgame anymore.
@@wlmnh I like the idea of clay 🤔
Feels like it should be pretty easy to just cut the ShapeShifters in half if you find them too long 😁
@@kenmasters8540 You're totally right, I'm actually annoyed I didn't do this for the video 🤣
how are the nylon skates on glass pads?, very intrigued
@inspire1ove They work similarly on glass as I've described in the video. Ghostglides aren't promoting them as glass dots, buy they're a harder material than ptfe so they're definitely viable for glass
@@LogPileGaming im wondering if they are good on glass compared to the competition any observations on sound feel compared to something like obsidians or cyclones?
@11:00 we now have bullpup mouse
I saw that fingertip mouse on reddit and followed the creator for quite while. He started from a pen-style mouse and evolved into that. Didn't know it's a product he sells now.
@pizzaisoxygen that's actually where I saw it too, his discord is full of updates for the next product too discord.com/invite/RmURavjn
@@LogPileGaming that's cool! Excited to see what u think of it
Nice round up! So curious to see your review on this precision gaming titan mouse. That is fingertip madness on the next level 😱 😁
@@OlicheckGamingTech it's so cool Oli, you'd love it. I plan to watch your mid year roundup video later 😁

@@BIackSkillX 🤣 I'm not particularly proud of those measurements 😅😅

Great video as always! Some really interesting products in this one
@lemonaim thanks Lemon 🫡 hope you are well buddy
maxgaming says they are 0,8mm thick (nylons), that would make them quite thick and thicker then many stock skates. Are you sure they are thin? Can you measure them? I would love such thin skates, every custom skate is like 0,85 or 1mm which sucks for high lod
@Mefju23 Hey dude, the tweet here explains it slightly, from Ghostglides themselves: x.com/ghostglides/status/1815418581871452460?t=U5hg1A_uFQS8qgI_bGYUCA&s=19 It isn't very noticeable if I'm honest, but I have used Ghostglides edgerunners on my x2h without issue, and I struggled to use the x2h with the Nylon 66 skates.
are you gonna try the hati r pro ? i am getting the daikon edition with jade dots to pair up with wallhack sp004 . god tier combo
Those so spacers look extremely helpful for those skinny mice (my keychron m4 and my hsk). Also what happened to you knuckles, it seems a little red
Hey man, I was hitting the bag without gloves on (like an idiot). SoSpacer shape shift kit is amazing but I'd be careful using them on very small mice (explained in the video) 😁
@@LogPileGamingI use fingertip grip so holding the mouse is already quite versatile,so I'm just using it to widen the m4 but they sure look really long and somewhat bulky. My m4 is really just too thin towards the center. Im definitely gonna have to give them a try.
@hwelp if you do get some so spacers, there's nothing stopping you from cutting them - I actually regret not covering that in the video 🥲 I'm sure you'll enjoy them dude
@@LogPileGaming thanks for the tip
I just ordered it, thanks for the amazing review.
you are a promoter of speed glass pads, and for the good reason , Subbed :)
Razer Viper Mini mention W. Loved that mouse, but ran into click issues on my copy :p
I prefer the U2 because of its separated, long button design. I alternate between a claw grip and fingertip grip when using my mouse. The consistent feel of the two buttons along their entire length means I don't need to adjust my clicking force when switching between these grips.☺
I totally agree with u. Ur grip style called ‘Pincer claw’ relax ring finger and pinkie which also my main grip (19x10.5cm). I main G403 for so longgggggg time then move to PM1. Now im interest in NP01, i read some posts about G703 users will love NP01 80% but problem is weight. NP01 too heavy 73g - PM1 only 44g. U should try Keychron M2 which similar to NP01 imo but its budget mice. Any mouse recommend for me? All ergo i can use is OutsetAX im EC/DAV hater😂.
I have kovaak I don’t feel like it’s helping me any idea why? Should I try a new routine
Should try the ironclaw, good for large hands too
As former user of Rival 300, EC1 and Naga - I find G502 tiny, narrow and genuinely painful to use. I have no idea how anyone can think that shape can be good for large hands. Great mouse otherwise.
I tried nearly all of these. They're all too small lol.
😂😂😂😂😂😂 broooo you apex tag had me ìn tears
Well, i just bought a Logitech g502 hero, influenced by everyone saying is one of the biggest mouse. I´m very disappointed, is the same size as almost all the mouses i have, i need one much bigger. The mouse is not bad, but is to small to my hands, but the software....oh my god!
I still don't think these are worth the high price. definitely something you only want to pick up on a decent sale. I got my 3.0 in the final sale before the 4.0 released and it's definitely the best pad I've used
Great videos ty ! I have the cyclones, the edgerunners diy and the vortex’s but i can’t perform well with vortex cause they’re too slow and they restricting my aiming ability i need a between like not too fast but not too slow aswell ! What do you think it’s better ? Cyclone or edgerunners? For mostly tac fps !
Before i was using the Corepad ctrl and i was performing not that bad so maybe something similar in speed ^^
I've been a big fan of your channel and I wanted to drop by and say that your videos have always been a great pleasure to listen to. I greatly respect when reviewers find their own unique flare and personalized approach to reviews, especially in the mice scene as some reviewers can fall into the trap of blending together and having similar review styles. I also greatly appreciate the focus on documenting your own specific experiences, as it can feel like you're telling a story about your experiences with a mouse and what you learned or grew to like/dislike about it over time. I've been in the mouse scene for a while and tried my fair share of mice. I've even dipped my toes into writing a long-form review of a recent mouse I tried, the XE-S. Personally, why I do it is for nothing else but the passion and interest I have in gaming mice. In other words, I'm just a massive mouse nerd frankly. And throughout that, you've been one of the bigger inspirations for me to share my thoughts in ways that are worth sharing and providing unique insights and experiences so that it can possibly help another person interested in that mouse or mice in general. Reviewers tend to have medium-large hands while I have smaller hands, so I always felt like there was a disconnect between my own perspective of a mouse's shape and that of most reviewers. Filling in the niche for a long-form review and shape analysis for smaller handed people is something I feel compelled to do out of the passion I have for this hobby and in hopes it can help at least one person who might also share my own perspective. Anyways, your more experimental videos on mouse-related topics have also been very, very interesting like why you don't use grip tape and your enthusiast diaries. I hope you return some day, but out of your own willingness and passion for the hobby. Thanks for the videos, reviews, and thoughts you've shared so far. Cheers!
I bought this along with the Lamzu Thorn collab just cause it matched, but I'm blown away.
This was so helpful! I think I'm going to pull the trigger on the Atlas after watching this and your previous Atlas vs Skypad 3.0 review. This will replace my razer sphex v3 which lost it's coating. Worried about the coating on the Atlas too, but I feel like middle of the road for mouse speed vs stopping ability is best.
If you have an Artisan Zero, then get the pulsar. Its a 80/20 nylon spandex sleeve and I have found that nylon works specfically better than anything on this pad. The zero is notorious to be bad with sleeves due to its weave. But nylon for some reason works. The sleeve also works with anything else.
Nylon arm sleeve? Where it is in Amazon ?😊
@@perifermerkel5782 Yea, look for a Pulsar eS arm sleeve. Could also go to their site.
makes me want to ditch my x2v2 for this its super interesting
is there a small hand edition yet cuz that would really help me out
🤣🤣 whennI figure out how to shrink my hands, I'll do the video 😅 in all seriousness, the OP1 is a great option, X2 mini isn't a bad shout (wider than op1), Thorn is a good option too and of course the NP01s (probably my #1 pick)
You could be related to michael bisping. lol
@ThePlantedTankTV Not heard that comparison before 🤣 I look like a lot of people apparently haha I love your channel BTW. Thanks for stopping by dude
@@LogPileGaming aww thanks man I appreciate that!! 💚 keep doing your thing!!! Watched a few of your videos now! 😅🙏
I bought it because I don't like the texture of cloth pads. And I am really happy with it such a premium feel
Im still confused on one part its the activation part. I understand the “press” basically being how sensitive the keys are. However, I do not understand the “Up” part. If I set the “Up” to .5mm, or matching the “press” at .2mm or all the way down to that 3.5mm. What am I actually changing and where should I have it? I’d really appreciate an answer I couldn’t find like a solid answer to this. I did see your explanation and Im still confused. 😢
im 6'6/198cm, i have enormous hands and my ROG STRIX IMPACT II, is absolutely tiny to me, are these mice good enough for me? this impact 2 mouse, starts to hurt to use.
@adorable_yangire It's difficult to say without seeing your measurements, but the EC1-CW is my recommendation, I think it would make a big difference, it is a lot bigger than the impact 2, (checking the shape on eloshapes), I think you'd enjoy it. Alternatively, you could get a wired ec1-c, much cheaper and still nice
the op1 8k edition is the fastest mouse on the market by far, best latency, insane coating, 50g weight, hotswap switches, if you have a mouse bungee it's the best mouse on the market 100% especially for the $75 price.
cheers LOG, continue to do whatever "you want" in youtube. Your reviews are so helpful to me and helped me to decide few mouses like np-01 and outset ax from vaxee. Introduced me to few great brands. Support From USA!
Thank you Ken, I really appreciate your support 🙏

Since I started playing on pc I've been buying faster and faster pads and just bought the skypad 4. I had to lower my sense by .01 and it felt perfect. Best pad I've played on. I'm beaming!
@assaultangel I'm glad you're enjoying it brother 🫡
Had a question about the backside of the pad. Was a huge fan of SkyPad 2.0XL by removing the paint on the backside making it become clear. Allowing me to literally use any design whenever I wanted by placing it on top of a cloth pad of choice. Was wondering if the backside is literally the same thing under the rubber base? Please let me know! Thank You
