    Man so happy im not the only one who thinks the Naga shape is amazing for bigger hands.
    My hands are 21.5cm in length and 11 in width, and a shorter wider mouse for finger tip is so damn comfortable for me.
    I own a G pro wireless, and tbh I could never use that mouse to its potential. I always found it slipping in my grip, giving me cramps/muscle ache due to its narrow design.
    I currently use a corsair Scimitar, which is 118g and has the same ring finger rest on the right side of M2, and I cant seem to find anything that comes close to its comfort.

      P.S. but I do agree the 12 buttons can really back fire in FPS games, the number of times ive accidently weapon swapped to a pistol because of it. Definitely gonna look into the Naga with the swappable side buttons

    Man. So glad I found your channel. I have the same hand measurements and finding something that fits my weird hybrid fingertip grip has been a STRUGGLE

      Hey dude, what are you using right now?? I cant recommend the NP01, AX or NP01s enough, depending on the kind of hybrid FTIP grip you're going for.
      The Zowie U2 and G Wolves HTX are also banger options if you want to FTIP. The HTX is back on my desk as a claw/FTIP hybrid option.

      @@Log_Pile well I currently use a roccat kain 200 aimo. It’s heavy as hell (100g?) but the slight ergo shape and the complete lack of flare at the palm make it fit my hand really nicely. I also love the feel of the coating. With turtle beach buying roccat and now announcing that they’re absorbing the brand I’m starting to shop around in case support for mine is eventually dropped.
      Like I said, kind of a hybrid fingertip grip. My palm doesn’t touch mostly because of the size of my hand. The knuckles of those fingers tend to rest at the high point of the mouse. I don’t claw my m1 or m2, those lay pretty flat. My ring finger is pretty slack and my pinky curls under towards the back of the mouse to stay off the mousepad which is why the flared palms don’t really work for me. Even the gpx super light is a bit too flared for my taste. The NP01 looks pretty good! I’ve also been wishing for an updated and bigger g305 cause the undercut on the sides is what I’m going for.. but Logitech sure doesn’t like updating their product line

    Useful guide for my older hands, stretches out and reduces cramping up compared to using a smaller mouse.

    • @Log_Pile
      @Log_Pile  4 місяці тому +1

      @roythunderplump the medium EC mouse (EC2-CW) is actually ALOT smaller than the EC1-CW, if you want a medium sized mouse, the xlite v3 medium may be a better option, because it's a little wider in the hump, I found it to be more comfortable than the ec2

    15:00 Yup.
    Tho, I like to have some of the buttons on the right side.
    Which is why I enjoy using true ambi mice with independently remappable side buttons.

    • @Log_Pile
      @Log_Pile  5 місяців тому +1

      I can't imagine having the dexterity to use buttons on both sides of the mouse, that's a cool idea for sure though

    • @HellSpawnRulerOfHell
      @HellSpawnRulerOfHell 5 місяців тому +1

      @@Log_Pile Mhmm :)
      For my grip, the front right side button is readily actuatable. (GPX,X2A)
      Tho, the back right side button would need to be repositioned to be readily available.
      I also relocated the GPW underside DPI button to the "sniper button" position and remapped it for my use key. Which is really nice for looting and ziplines.
      I wish more mice had the underside button(s) be remappable.
      I wish the DPI button on the X2A was remappable.
      I'd also like to be able to remap the buttons on the keychron M4.
      I already glued in the sniper button to see how it would feel. :p

    Greetings, the Logitech website seems to define large hands as over 7.5 inches long - calculated from the little crease below the palm to the tip of the middle finger. Would you mind sharing if this video takes that into account. Thanks.

  • @Rockett.
    @Rockett. 4 місяці тому

    The xlite v3 large is an excellent alternative to the EC1. It costs half the price, the internals are technically better, it weighs less but the zowie has a sturdier shell.

    im 6'6/198cm, i have enormous hands and my ROG STRIX IMPACT II, is absolutely tiny to me, are these mice good enough for me? this impact 2 mouse, starts to hurt to use.

    • @Log_Pile
      @Log_Pile  3 місяці тому

      @adorable_yangire It's difficult to say without seeing your measurements, but the EC1-CW is my recommendation, I think it would make a big difference, it is a lot bigger than the impact 2, (checking the shape on eloshapes), I think you'd enjoy it.
      Alternatively, you could get a wired ec1-c, much cheaper and still nice

    I'm currently on the DA v3 pro, but I feel like its a bit too small for my hand (20.5cm x 10.5cm) and I've been thinking to go either for ec1-cw or Vaxee AX. My grip is something in between of claw and palm, what should I go for?

    • @Log_Pile
      @Log_Pile  5 місяців тому

      100% the EC1-CW (if you dont mind the weight). The Dav3 pro is definitely smaller than the EC1-CW, and the AX is smaller than the Dav3 pro. That said, i love the AX, but i have to adapt my grip to use it die to its soze

    I dont think you understand big hands. You cannot have mouse buttons on the side because with large hands you are only holding the mouse with barely 2 fingers and the thumb, not only are the side buttons completely useless but they get in the way of gripspace. Try again.

    • @Log_Pile
      @Log_Pile  3 дні тому

      @Atrazeal this is an interesting comment. If you have knuckles in contact with the mouse (like i do with almost all of these options) then you can leverage that grip to make use of the side buttons - by moving or rolling your thumb.
      The point of this video was to showcase some of my larger mice. I can't account for every possible gripstyle, and extremes of hand size. This video won't solve all your problems.
      If you feel you have more to add to the subject, make your own video about it. I'd love to hear your take.
