No writer outside of george himself seams to understand dooku, Let me explain: Dooku is not "Evil". Tcw makes him so evil to the point its childish, As explained by George Lucas himself Dooku is a man broken by the faulty systems of the world. Dooku believes the Seperatists alliance or CIS, Will make the galaxy better Only at deaths door did he realize his new mastar was only using him for a different cause. Also notice how dooku dosen't have the sith eyes? Visual storytelling showing he is not truly evil. Dooku being more involved in combat is very out of character, Palpatine used dooku to form CIS and be the political leader assembling more allies. Also its pretty clear when i rewatched the prequels that anakin and obi-wan When they talks about "Since and Last time" They are reffering to Aotc. CWM on the otherhand keeps dooku consistent with george's vision. Grievous suffers from even worse problems...

Addendum-the best order to watch is this: 4, 1, 2, 5, 3, 6. The axis of the whole saga is “I am your Father.” This order delays that reveal as long as possible, lets you think you are smart because you already know the Yoda reveal in 5, but delays the “Anakin is Vader” moment to as late as possible. This order also introduces Jango before Boba so in 5 there are more “feelings” there for this mysterious character of Boba Fett.

RotS was always in the same ballpark of quality as the OT. And I give both TPM and AotC at LEAST passing grades. But it shows that Revenge of the Sith was the film Lucas really wanted to make all along. And it was, and is truly great.

What I always found _pathetic_ about Last Jedi fans clinging to "the story is about failure" excuse, is that it's clear _they hadn't watched the original movies._ I flat out asked one of them, "Do you think Luke _succeeded_ at the end of Empire Strikes Back?" and they told me, "Yes." So I broke it down for them, how _Empire_ was the movie that was all about _failure,_ and it didn't hammer it over the audience's head. Heck, the climax is just _one example,_ but I'll stick to it for simplicity's sake. Luke abandons his training with Yoda to go and rescue his friends from Cloud City - he's not ready emotionally or physically to fight Vader. As it turns out, Luke wasn't even _needed_ to rescue his friends, because Lando finally gets-wise and gets Leia, Chewie and 3PO out of there. Instead, all that Luke does is rush headfirst into a fight he's not ready for and gets his hand chopped off. In the end, _Luke_ is the one who needed saving, by the friends whom he came to save.
