Thanks for this, there's not much out there where we can hear Steve talking. So down to earth and happy to be doing what he loved despite all his family troubles. No disrespect to Viv, but Steve had magic that couldn't be replaced. Love and miss him now and always.

Oh this is killing me....today 2024.

This one song changed the hardrock/metal scene for decades....right after this song blew up, suddenly most of the hard rock and metal bands started doing songs that had heavy verse parts but when it got to the chorus the song would lighten up and the beach boys harmonies would come in.

Video edit is horrible. What up with all the unnecessary camera angles, and split second cutout clips. No, it doesn't make the video more exciting. It gives me a headache.

That vocal wasn't too good but JLT songs personality just makes it good. It's his charisma that I love

I got to see Def Leppard play soccer in Allentown PA. Rick Savage walked right in front of me. I screamed Savage! like a lunatic. He didn't turn. I told my husband at the time, I don't think he heard me. He said, I heard you over here across the field over all these people. He heard you. Later, there was a crowd at a barricade and none of the band came over. Until Sav came out and he came over. My husband shoved me through the crowd to the barricade and held a camera over my head. Sav came along and people are just shoving stuff at him. Then he took mine and I said Thank you so much! Sav said you're very welcome. My husband got a poor quality photograph of the moment. I still want to apologize to Sav for screaming 😱.

I remember where I was when I heard of his death. I knew at the time that the band would never be the same. Imo, that's proven true. Still glad the band survives and tours. Just not the same.
