    I made one similar to this, but with left and right exits that split and rejoin in a fork. It fixes the traffic slowdowns from merging.

      Welcome to Cities Skylines Andre! You can follow similar principals for public transportation as the road network. Transportation types with high capacity are like your arterial roads, moderate capacity are your collectors, and low capacity are your residential roads. Your high capacity would transport more people over a greater distance with fewer stops, moderate capacity over moderate distances with more stops, and low capacity over shorter distances with the most stops. You can try and set your routes up so that the low capacity will funnel citizens to the moderate capacity and then to the high capacity. I hope this makes sense, good luck!

    This video is a little misleading. Definitely was edited where seems you used two different specialization so you combined two different videos in one. Certainly no big deal. I, myself just been wondering about specific specialization that the hunter will spawn. Survivalist shown in beginning using the mender seeker mine than at end video you have the demolitionist specialization so at least its good to know the hunter will spawn using those two specialization, however its very difficult to get the hunter to spawn no matter what I seem to try. I enjoyed your video overall. Thanks for showing your build, it helped to have ideal what ppl using.

      It has been a while since I made the video. As far as I can remember and from what I can see - it's just one video. I appear to be using the demolitionist specialization for the duration of the video. I think the green you are seeing is the chem launcher skill (again, it has been a while since I made the video ... or even played the game!). The specialization you use shouldn't make a difference in spawning the hunter. Other than being night time I don't remember any other requirements.       How is the industry demand (orange bar at the bottom)? Without any demand your city will grow industry very slowly. Another thing to look at is the education of your citizens. If your industry is leveling up too high it will only have jobs for higher educated citizens (or if you have industry 4.0 policy turned on). If your industry isn't leveling up (no services in close proximity) you'll only have jobs for uneducated citizens. You'll have to try and match your citizens education level to the industry that you are trying to make.

    I really don’t like the American style segmented superblocks. blocks. They may be good for car traffic, but are not very fun to live in.

      haha I wouldn't say they are especially good for car traffic either :D I live in Canada and this is largley what a lot of the city blocks are unless you get into some of the older cities in the country ("old" relative to everything else .... not europe!). Unfortunately it's what I familiar with and most comfortable to build!

    I like the thought process behind what you're trying to do, but since you know about imperatur's channel, I would have expected more from you. With as much room as you have, you could have used the slope tool to keep all rail on the ground. No rail tunnels are ever needed unless you're going through a mountain or hill. Or, perhaps you want to tunnel under the city in an appropriate way (again, making it at least LOOK like you're going into a hill). Your other content is amazing and I expected more from this one. Also, the freight setup is not optimal. You should split stations. For every external rail connection, you should have one freight station. So if your rail line goes to one end of the map to the other, that would be two. Then, you can have a transfer point from the external line to the local line. This way to eliminate train backups and empty trains from the region. Still gave you a thumbs up though!

      Thanks Josh, I appreciate the feedback. Admittedly sometimes I go for the easy route to get an episode finished rather than what might be more realistic. I also feel like I am not the most creative or artistic person ... I'm amazed at what some of the other content creators come up with and don't feel like I'm quite at that level haha. Rather than train traffic I would have truck traffic to transfer between internal and external lines instead though right? Assuming the stations were close together it might not be too bad though

      @@jester.Gaming you're correct! Trucks would do the transferring. Also, check if there's a water connection to the region. That would be an additional station. I actually think you're quite creative with your designs. I think anyway. Try it out and see what happens!!

      The high rise ban works by restricting the level of the buildings ... to level 3 I think. Level 3 buildings hold less people and have less tax revenue. At the end of the day it's probably fairly marginal though!

      You can apply the principles of road hierarchy to your public transport network as well ... smaller capacity transport vehicles for residential areas and higher capacity for arterial/regional roads
