I watched probably all of your videos, congratulations for all of your work. I have a 2002 Blazer V6 here in Brazil. From 2001 our V6 comes from factory with the boat style manifold. When I saw the tittle I got excited to replicate it on my ECU, but the board looks hard to find. I will keep the plan of use a Fueltech ECU, very popular here in Brazil. I have here a car with megasquirt too.
This rad dude! Hope to see more on this soon. It looks very similar to the DSMlink and Hondata add on boards the import world has been so lucky to have.
Just joined the Patreon. I've been building and tuning cars and trucks for a while now mainly using hptuners and a few Holley ecus. Always wanted to try doing stuff like this to the p59. My current truck is a 4wd turbo 5.3 Silverado with a dbc p59 swap. Using hptuners 3bar flex os. But the options you are adding in seem like a much better design. Only other addition I could see being great is MAP controlled ignition timing instead of cylinder air mass calculations. I'm looking into this and your boost os more tonight. Thanks for the work!
Ordering an obdlink in the next few days to try out v3.3 definitely think in v4 you should try the map based spark map instead of the boost spark however boost spark will work fine. I would just use the stock timing map until you get to the end of it and set the last line to a low timing value such as 10 and add to it using boost spark.
So. Fyi, the external case of the PCM may be the same on both the 3800 and P01/P59 PCM's, but the chips inside are in wildly different places, if you're planning to keep the fire bird a V6, then you'll have to extensively modify the code to accommodate the V6 ignition. I'm guessing you already know this though, and either already are developing custom code, or, not going to run the 3800.
Just got a 0411. Where did you get the pinout for the wiring harness? Im going from a 98 blazer black box to the 0411. Staying with the 4.3L but using the marine intake.
I have mostly used HPTuners for logging because I can do it without a laptop, and I use PCM Hammer for flashing. Yeah, V3.3 is the current version available now.
I'm porting my S-10 Heads for my 4.3, if you're interested let me know.... I would even be interested in Porting your heads for a trade of Tunning Software and how to use it....
@@turbov6 Moates makes them if you want to check it out. It's pretty much the same exact thing but just for the 411 PCM. I've never used one either, just aware of them.
Tried looking for one on the website. I know the video was 5 months old but cannot find the pricing and cart . Do you happen to have a part number separate from the website to search ?
@@turbov6 Ah gotchya. Yeah I saw that page from the comments here and didn't see the card actually listed. Their prices are high to it looks like. vats removed for 200-250 of their money which is even more in our dollars. I imagine that card you got was expensive.
This is givin me big hondata vibes you are a savage man i work at a transmission shop and ive gotta 98 4.3 c1500
Glad your back with more content! Look forward to more
Seems like this would be great if it were available to the public.

FuelTech would be awesome! Way better than all the work it takes on the factory PCM.

Super admirable tricks and pursuits. All around very thoughtful, super intelligent work 👍
I'm super excited about this!
this stuff is so next level. I only watch to see how dumb I am.
Watching him I feel like the guys in the movie Zoolander when they find out the files are in the computer. Acting like cave men making noises.

I would consider heat conductive paint if the aluminum case actually does any cooling.
looks awful lot like my Delphi ECM in my Chevy Astro
so where did you get the daughter board from
Where would one find that real time tuning board?

How about a link to that board?
Can you do this to mine for me? I need it for the swap on my 62

So it's like a roadrunner for a P59 pretty much? Very neat to see! Nice work! I see now this is an "RTLS1" module from Dicks Electronics.
Maybe, but I’ve never used roadrunner before so I don’t know the specifics of how it works.

@@DaneSaysStuff the roadrunner solders in place of the flash chip, similar function, different form.

He gave no info on the device what it’s called who makes it a little info helps
What's the company called you got that from?
Dustless blasting as it's called on youtube, or rather DIY dustless blasting.
What wire changes are needed to go from po1 to p59
Is this still available?
Im starting to get really into the stock PCM stuff, sure holley is nice, but this is so cheap lol
Is this card available?
I believe so. It’s from www.dickselectronics.com/ in Australia

@@chuckdock4436 yeah, you would have to reach out for a price. It wasn’t terribly expensive for how versatile it is.
How do I get a hold of one of these boards?

Dicks Electronics is no more. Unfortunately, you probably got the last daughter board
