CHANNEL MISSION: SAVE VIEWERS TIME & MONEY.
Obviously i am not an influencer. Hope the sarcasm is clear.
I kept getting ripped off by UA-cam influencers doing fake shill reviews. They said the Total Gym Xtreme was great so I bought one. It was complete garbage. Same thing happened with a Ninja coffee maker.
So I started this channel and did a REAL HONEST review. And they trolled it. Hard. But their shady tactics made me keep going, doing these real reviews for free.
This channel is for YOU: the average honest consumer just trying to figure out if something is worth buying or not.
YOU CANNOT TRUST UA-cam REVIEWS that have affiliate links, an Amazon store or a brand deal. Period.
Influencers make WAY more money than you think doing fake reviews with affiliate links. Thousands. So fake reviews are rampant on UA-cam.
ShillTuber's making a quick buck with their 'side hustle' and companies that pay them have ruined our ability to make informed purchasing decisions.

This guy sounds like he must be mad at somebody. Almost everybody that I talk to but had a total gym said they loved it and I had one and I loved it. And I got a good workout

LOL, what an idiot! xD
Please get terrible reviews even on their manufacturers own website.
Give it to me
@@WorldWide-xm2ob I couldn’t do that to anyone. Threw it in the garbage where it belongs
Mr Coffee sucks in general. The most popular budget espresso machine that can make decent espresso is the Breville bambino paired with a good hand grinder or automatic grinder of your choice but this should be almost as much or more than the bambino.
@@cs5250 will have to check those out! Thank you!!
well, I like in a place that has dry climate, not generally alot of humidity. I have a danby like yours and I have a hose extending from the top drain into a pail for just in case. mine seems to drain after it is turned off, mostly, and the most I was getting was 1/8 of a pail maybe, a small bedroom garbage pail. Last night, it must've drained all night because the pail was FULL to the BRIM today. I was shocked beyond belief. It went gangbusters. Not sure why but this thing DOES drain! holy cow.
For sure, and that will help keep your unit running continuously by draining it. If the drain had the plug in, your unit would have run a dehumidification purge cycle and blown that water out the exhaust as Vapor, but the compressor shuts down somewhat while it’s happening so it’s not ideal.
Thanks for a great review! Can you tell me the exact model number of the one you have? There are so many different models and they all seem so similar! Thx!
I agree, it’s nuts how many they have. This one is: SP300C. Hope that helps thank you for your comment!
what's the difference between the xc29 and xc27
Just the tire size, one has 29” tires (big) the other 27” (small)
@@TheLastHonestInfluencer got it thks, went ahead and got the xc27 couple months back and so far so good... .. aready put 200 miles on it with no issue
@jandoxbsbnx nice! That’s a great bike, like it a lot too. Enjoy!!
Looks like you could use that back pack for anything - even regular hikes.
I’d use a smaller lighter one for hikes this thing is pretty hefty, but you’re right if you only had one pack, this would be the one to get imo
Thanks for the review! Gives me an idea of things to look for when we go to replace our patio set. Is the cover optional when you buy that set?
Got the cover off Amazon. Thank you!
do i need to drain my danby portable air conditioner model DPA120CBIMBDB-6? we live in North Vancouver .
You don’t, it has a sensor in the condensation tank that will shut down the compressor and run an evaporative purge cycle to get rid of the water once the reservoir is full. Since you live near the ocean, I would recommend installing the drain as when the purge cycle is running it shuts down the compressor so you don’t get optimal cooling. Using the hose, your compressor run continuously as the condensate purge cycle will never get activated. Hope that helps!
Awful design choice to place the dust bin and power buttons beside each other, indeed.
Thank you!!!! Drove me NUtS!
Brother where are your pants
My bad
I didn't buy the speedi after watching reviews because it looks very inconvenient to pull it out. I bought the ninja foodi 15 in 1 with the thermometer (I think it's called 14 in 1 in the US and has fewer functions, but whatever) and this thing is AMAZING. It has a pressure cooker, air fryer, and steam meals (same thing as speedi meals, I'm sure). I can send you one of my recipes, which you can try in the speedi. Cant help with the timings because I cook by temperature, but anyway...: Ingredients: Pasta/rice, 170g Water, 300ml Chopped tomatoes, 1 can Passata (optional), half a cup Cream, 2 tablespoons Fresh/dried basil, 10 leaves/2 teaspoons Salt, 2 teaspoons Sugar, 1/2 teaspoon Chicken breasts, 2 pieces Steps: Chop the fresh basil. Add the pasta, tomatoes, passata, basil, cream, salt, and water to the pot. Mix well. Place the chicken breasts on the metal rack in a high position and insert the thermometer. Set the switch to the middle position, turn on the "steam meals" mode at 160 degrees, and set the thermometer to "chicken." Once finished, remove the rack, stir the pasta, place the chicken on the pasta, and let it sit for 5 minutes with the lid closed. There's also a "speedi meal builder" or something like that on their website. I haven't tried it myself, but it should work as well.
Awesome thank you for your comment I’ll check that out
Bro why is your cock out 😂 TF
lol i bought before year it run 60 fps in cuberpunk 2077 ultra settings and its 100 srgb is insane in editing 4k i have a editing channel in tiktok all my video inteal now
16 degrees lol the ac cant coal as much... 20-22 is the best range for cooling
You’re right of course. With these models leave it on lowest setting the sensors then keep the variable drive motor on the compressor at 100% this way you can run the fan on low, best cooling least use of electricity. The fan motors on these chew up power.
You saying the original model is not going to break is wrong. It MIGHT not break. I had the original for 3 months, used it every day to bust out between 300 and 500 reps, I weighed 205 lb, so I was under the limit, and one day that little bar in the middle snapped and dumped me backwards. I hurt my back and I almost busted my head. I would never buy another one of them for anything in the world.
You’re the first person out of 100,000 viewers to have theirs break. You probably had a bad one. I’m 6ft, 240 and I go nuts on the original mine is fine, years and years later. Just because one broke doesn’t mean they all will. I don’t really care one way or another. If people want to waste their money on the plus and pro go for it. They aren’t any stronger, the bolts are all the same size.
@@TheLastHonestInfluencer ... Well it broke. Have fun with it. Maybe it won't on you. But mine did. So whatever smartass. 🤷
My ex fiancé worked for Danby really good quality stuff. We had a microwave from them. We had a dishwasher. We had an AC. Definitely good quality stuff.
Nice! Thank you for this comment appreciate it
I have both versions running in my house right now. The dual hose one is significantly louder and more annoying. It cools a little faster, but not by much. You should have run a dual hose model in this video to show people an accurate comparison instead of just saying it's better. Danby is making very poor products lately and you can see rows of returned ones at home depot even during a heat wave.
Interesting you’re the first person to say this. The funny thing is I have both versions running in my house and have the opposite experience. The dual hose on low fan speed full cooling is WAY quieter and puts out colder air. Danby does seem to make some crappy duds, maybe you have a bad one. The white dual hose model has not impressed me noise-wise.
Nice review like your leg tattoo your skin tone makes it pop out.

One thing I would say is that 80mm are probably easier for beginners. I haven’t skated in like 15 years and it’s took me a while to regain my balance. Bigger wheels would make that a bit more difficult and could be discouraging.
Absolutely, I agree with you. My first pair were 80mm, more than enough. Thanks for your comment!

Oh wow! Like, actually caught fire!?!
That fucking flat tire god damet lol 🎉
Bro I wanted to chuck a full spaz on the trail 🥲 it suuucked!
I see that you mentioned that the dual hose has one hose to exhaust the heat outside, and the other one to bring cooler outside air in. Is that accurate? My understanding was that a dual hose air conditioner prevents any outside air from coming into the house (which happens with a single hose due to the negative pressure it creates).
You are absolutely right! That’s exactly how it works
Holy fuck people, buy central AC you cheap asses out there
On Calorie in/out i was always very hungry and low energy , low carb working btr for some reason in my case, felt more full, lost 22kgs in 6 months and its sustainable in my case and i was able to run further btr endurance, im tracking in Carb Manager app regardless. It is different from person to person just listen to what ur body calls for. I dont think there is no bad diet.
Hi, I get too much water from my AC. I mean like 3-4 buckets a day!
That’s crazy! Do you live near the ocean!? You get that much from a Danby??
i be comfortable too with my full metal jacket
Bro, id sleep so much better if i had those. Here in Canada the government thinks we should just slap home intruders. Anything more and the homeowner goes to jail 🤷
And I'll also say you are right about the row and ride pro. After the bar snapped on me on the regular version, I actually gave a chance to the row n ride pro since it looked beefier, but it felt really weird and wrong. I did about two workouts before I put it up for sale.
Thank you for vouching for/verifying! That really helps. Your comments are very appreciated!
Yeah well, the original sucks too. I was using mine for 3 months, until that little bar in the middle on the original version snapped and dumped me backwards in the floor, almost causing me to bust my head, and I hurt my back also. I wouldn't buy anything from this sucky company. Buyers beware, that little bar in the middle WILL snap.
Oh crap!! That’s scary and painful. I will have to keep an eye on mine. I’ve tested almost 10 things from this company now, all were crap except the original…so I’m not surprised to hear there are some bad/faulty ones out there. Thanks for sharing your story!!!
@@TheLastHonestInfluencer ... Yeah be very careful. I was under the max limit, I was 205 lb. It was scary when it did it, and it hurt.
@@hunnybunny2469 same thing happened to me on a totalGymXtreme. hurt my back when it collapsed, was NOT HAPPY. That kind of thing should never happen. Sucks that happened to you too on this thing. Glad we can warn others its a possibility!!
Iv'e got the Tosot 12k BTU model and it sucks ass, not anywhere near the advertised BTU's. Barley strong enough to cool off a small bathroom.
@@-awr-ampa brutal. I had a Star Wars looking tosot a few years back (before this channel) and it didn’t work great for me either, good to know it wasn’t just mine. It's 4am and I got 3 climbing bags in my shop that I can't remember the brand, it's going to bug me until I check.
Nice good buddy! We gotta get together eventually I’m sure you know better places than Skaha even around there. And I was just being a 💩 about the brands thing, if the best fitting pack was a BD I’d have bought that 😅
@@TheLastHonestInfluencer I love your content on climbing, my good buddy got me into it when he relocated to Canmore many many moons ago.
Hi man! Can you recommend a good pair of inlines? 😊
Sure! My personal fav 3 wheel are the macroblade 100 3WD. Fav 4 wheel are the k2v02s100. Hope that helps!
Only 3 gyms in my town and they are 100 a month. 1200 a year. I don't have time to make it worth 100 a month.
That’s a lot of money. I started going to PF for $15 a month. They have a weird total gym ab machine in there.
On my danby where you poured the water the whole fan in there is moldy (we bought it used ) could i put some vinegar/ water in where you did and run the fan to clean tbe blades ? Its not the.filter its that actual blue cylindrical fan in the space where you poured all that water. Did you just suck out the water ?
That’s crazy. I’d put vinegar in there for sure. Maybe some lemon or pine oil. Something. Mold!?!? Didn’t even have to suck the water out, the machine evaporated it. If you’re flushing yours even harder just do it outside with the drains open. Mold!?!? Where’d you buy it from?
My one in my apartment that is built into the wall was actually moldy when we moved in as well :S i guess whoever owned this one must have stored it closed and in a humid environment like a garage or something. @@TheLastHonestInfluencer
It’s probably not that big of deal, and it makes sense if you live in a really humid place, these things would be wet with condensation all the time. You’re wise to take care of it though, of course. Where I live is so darn dry that’s never been a problem
So it's on sale for 198 now... Guess I'll grab one.
Please let me know what you think!
Thanks for these insightful reviews.
Thank you for your comment, much appreciated!
@@TheLastHonestInfluencer I have a question about the white model: is the exhaust hose insulated like the previous black model? It seems the black model might be the better option. Have you noticed any upgrades or improvements in the white model compared to the black one? Given the choice, would you still opt for the black model over the white one?
It is on this one…but Danby makes another white 3in1 model where the hose is just single uninsulated (dumb). Black model every single time. It’s programmed better and has better sensors. This white one is waking me up at night. The black one was so quiet, consistent fan speed. This white one is up and down constantly, with fan on auto AND when you take it out of auto and put it on low speed.
@@TheLastHonestInfluencer Thank you
Thanks for the information! I hadn’t considered the difference between dual hose and single hose portable AC units before. With the current heat wave, I’m looking into getting one for my apartment here in Canada. I’m deciding between these two options: Danby 12,000 BTU SACC Inverter Smart Portable Air Conditioner DPA120B9IWDB-6 from Costco, which appears to be a dual hose model. DeLonghi Portable Air Conditioner 14,000 BTU, cool extra large rooms up to 700 sqft, EX390LVYN from Amazon, which is rated as a #1 bestseller but is a single hose model but has higher BTU. Do you have any insights or advice on which might be a better choice between these two or even a different portable AC altogether?
That black one from Costco for sure is your best bet. I’m trying to find a dual hose midea to compare it to but they’re all sold out (here in YYC). So far that Danby has been the best hands down. Quietest, most efficient, most cold air volume output and easiest to setup and use plus has dual hose. People say the midea is ever better…
@@TheLastHonestInfluencer Thanks for sharing. I will check out the Costco here in Edmonton to see what they have it stock but from online facebook groups, I have noticed costco has the new 2024 white colored model for Danby vs the black one.
@LearningAndGrowingInLife shoot, yeah I’d avoid that white one if possible. I’m certain they used different better components in the black one, or programmed it better or something.
You're going to laugh. I can't do that because our plumbing in the kitchen doesn't even work right now. I can't put anything down there. I can't even do water right now because I have to get $8,000 worth of pipes fixed. And if anything gets clogged next door neighbor's trap with fat and other things people are putting down there (coffee grounds and fat is a horrible mess) it backs up in my driveway. Yes, the neighborhood sewer backs up in my driveway. I don't put anything down the pipes except water and "that other stuff."
Whaaaaaaaat!? Such a bummer, sorry to hear that!! Hope they get that fixed for you soon. That sucks!
@@TheLastHonestInfluencer my son just fixed the coffee maker :) but just in case I might have the replacement sent anyway. Have fun!
