Or even better, stick to their core identity as a company: ‘stop being a puppet on an algorithm string and let your creators grow the platform’. They don’t need an App Store to attract (new) users, as they rely on community building principles. I think they should protect there Creators and Fans from Apple’s greed and withdraw the app from the store. New users enter the platform via artists and other creatives, after which the web app and e-mail are fine for engagement.

It would better make sense to pay attention to AI lawsuits, otherwise we'd move into a state of no laws.

Lately, I've been creating my own prompts for songs using Suno and Audo, and I’m having an absolute blast. I was so fed up with having to listen to and accept the awful, mediocre, plastic, and ironically "soulless" music that the industry keeps pushing. These so-called "artists" have zero musical talent or skill, offering music with less quality and depth than a shallow pond. The industry's greed killed the art in music years ago, fostering a degeneration in the craft itself, marked by a decline in both technical and creative attributes. Nowadays, I stick to the classics the great artists from past decades (mostly pre-2010) and my own generated songs. I’d be damned if I ever let myself be forced to consume the trash music that the industry continues to promote. They’ll never learn, and that’s why they deserve to crash and burn. Ironically, this could benefit the few "real artists" out there who have genuine skill. They'll have to rise to the challenge and compete with the quality of AI-generated music, and I’m certain many of them will choose to collaborate with AI, pushing the boundaries of what music can be

The truth is, the music industry decided long ago that making money was more important than promoting real talent and true artists. They've been pushing mediocre, so-called "artists" down our throats for years, based on factors that have nothing to do with good art or musical skill. Look at examples like Milli Vanilli, who didn't even sing on their own tracks, or Paris Hilton, whose music career was driven by her socialite status rather than any vocal talent. Soulja Boy went viral with a dance, not with musical prowess. The list goes on, and the industry supports these figures because they're marketable, not because they bring anything special to the table artistically. These corporations have systematically destroyed the art in music, focusing on profit over substance. So if an AI-generated song I prompt happens to go viral, you can bet I would extract every single penny from it without hesitation. At least AI art requires me to have a good ear and taste, to recognize a song's potential and make it something worth listening to. That's infinitely more skill than most of these pre-fabricated music stars have. AI isn't the enemy of art-it's a new tool, a gleam of hope for creating something genuine. With AI, you can collaborate, innovate, and craft something great. If that upsets the status quo of the music industry, then maybe it's the shake-up that music has needed for a long time.

add that to the bucket of reasons i will never get a single apple product. its honestly quite amazing to see how even some of my most ardent apple defending friends are getting more and more turned off from the company. Classic case of shitification of an already questionable company ethic framework through greed. The one thing apple had going for it for many years was that you payed a premium price for a longlasting premium product that was somewhat reliable and secure at the cost of the system being rather closed off. now all new products seem to have a 1-2 year lifecycle, cost something like 3 times as much as it costs to produce, obsolescence is built in or triggered through software. updates and proprietary bs keep messing up entire industries with no warning, and now they want a cut from donations to artists and creators for being a glorified middleman. so many things on the applestore are more expensive then elsewere already, even microtransactions in games and similar, and that difference goes 100% to apple for doing "work" that costs them a fraction of a fraction of a fraction. and dont get me started on their illusion of security and privacy, SO MUCH BS. disgusting company, at least they are dismantling themselfs. /rant

Maybe I'm too moralistic, but in my opinion it's disgusting that the AI song brings such success to the guy who prompted it. I'm not jealous, even though I do such things as well and I can't even prompt that good. I would never release an AI song on Spotify or so, because in my opinion, I don't deserve it, when shit gets viral. Sure, I upload good stuff on my UA-cam channel but I'm a very small fish with no range to get any success. It's unfair to real artists and the work they put in their songs. I use this stuff to play around, nothing serious. And even if I upload stuff on my channel I make clear that this is AI Output like (Suno AI Edit..) or at least in the description. If one of my Edits would get viral like that, I would instantly take it down.

The worst thing about Ticketmaster is how they allow scalpers to RESELL the tickets at high prices on their own websites. In doing so, Ticketmaster charges a service fee every time, so they are literally making a fortune reselling the same tickets over and over.

Meh, these AI-laws protects the profit of the large corporations and nothing else. You won't know how your work is being used behind the closed doors of the huge corporations who can afford their own large scale AI resources, because you won't be allowed to play with the toys anymore. It's just an attempt at trying to put the genie back in the box so big media can profit. See no evil, hear no evil....

The problem with Behringer is the quality/durability. The sound and specs are interesting, but you often see users having problems within months. That's not normal. Behringer should improve that, even if it costs a bit more. I think people would still buy a Model D at 400 euros instead of 300 if the quality is here. As nowadays we're paying attention to durability and ecology, it would be a great move.
