Mine too, and I think #Behringer is misbehaving bypassing their loyal distributors. When it comes to getting products at the customers on time, they should focus on their production processes and alignment with (way to early) communications.
Behringer's direct-to-costumer 👎👎👎👎👎 Why: Several millions of costumers like me trust Thomann, 'cause we've experienced their gear -/costumerservice is 100% (incl. their repair, return and cashback policy). As costumers we'll loose these rights. Why? Cause their factorys are in main China and without retailers like Thomann, Sweetwater,we will have to deal with them and bear the cost.
I don't trust Thomann. The last time I ordered, they sent me a used hardware product. The combined software license code had already been redeemed. I then had to contact the manufacturer myself because their customer service was too slow. The manufacturer helped me within a few hours. T. only took action after several days and then mistakenly deactivated my new account again, so I had to repeat the process.
Spotify is a joke. They took down my song for "artificial streams " i had only 170 plays in that month . And no I would never pay for plays. I have since removed all of my tracks from spotify.
This whole idea of venues providing equipment that everyone use because its more reliable is BS. Of course, its also about time and making their life easier, but everyone using the same equipment makes it less reliable and creates these problems. Everyone abuses the equipment because they don't own it and don't care if its broke for the next guy. The people who are supposed to be responsible for the equipment offload their responsibility onto the rental companies. This needs to stop and we need to go back to the days of everyone providing their own equipment and if it fails it's on them, it's their responsibility, their reputation.
Would love to have Behringer or other companies ship directly to customer as someone that lives in North africa, all gear is extremely expensive due to skewed taxes in here. What I do I order from Germany with Vat excluded and that's the only way to get decent pricing on DJ and studio gear.
Not only quick when it comes to releasing the latest news from the industry, but also when it comes to learning ‘correct’ pronunciations of European names, too 😂 👍🏻

No, I’m completely fine with that! People just doing their best 👍🏻 Thinking of that, it sounds like my first name drives to my last name (a place in The Netherlands) every time… that wouldn’t be very sustainable 🌱 🤔 Maybe I should put some effort into that after all 😉

Funny less than an hour ago I got an Oxi one from them to my door and paid at arrival so yes they are great.

I get bringer items on a afterpay service offered by stores ,where the cost is broken into payments. Hope the new sales plan includes this option.
