@@douglasevans8301 The system requires the PAC module which diverts the signal and chime from the center channel to the driver side. All speakers are powered, minus the center dash speaker which is abandoned which is why the full bundle doesn’t include a center dash speaker replacement.

@@JamesVn53 If your Jeep is not factory equipped with U-connect, that connection will not apply. The Jeeps without Uconnect will remove the gray connector at the end and will utilize the USB connection for charging.

@@ashleyyoung8855 The U-Connect is removed when installing an aftermarket radio. You will now rely on Apple CarPlay or Android Auto for your connectivity. The Sony radios are all wireless connectivity.

@@ashleyyoung8855 Absolutely, the VR speaker button on the steering wheel becomes your Siri activation button. You can press the button to activate your phone book and all map requests directly to Siri.

@@e.ghaith If your Wrangler has an Alpine subwoofer in the cargo area mounted the right side, your Jeep is factory Amplified. If there is no sub along the right side wall, your Jeep is Non-factory amplified.

An off the shelf radio will come with parts and pieces that are not needed and will not include the parts, pieces, dash kit, harness, antennas, and modules that are all required for the Sony to sync with your Jeep.

@@khaledmohamed_ Yes, the 9000 install will follow the same methods as shown. Be sure to disconnect the U-connect completely if your jeep is equipped.

@@trailseven Hello, I’ve been going through the install and removed the part of the dash where the Uconnect box is supposed to be. It wasn’t there though. I’m sure my car does have uconnect, I’ve been using it for years but the module wasn’t in the same location as the Jeep in the video. I think I can see the USB cable being stretched towards the left/steering wheel side. I’m not sure what to do next. Feeling stressed since my dash is all open and I have no idea what to do.

@@khaledmohamed_ You may have a radio model in which the Uconnect is part of the radio itself. Don’t worry though, we’re available to help with support if needed. However, our shop hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm est so you may want to perform your install during those hours in case you need to speak with support. @@Doug8D3 Certainly, the product page lists the speakers and each box is labeled for each locations. Once received, you will not have any questions as to the locations for each speaker.

@@robertbrinkman5589 We used to film the after sounds for our final piece of our install videos but it’s impossible to portray the actual sound via video. We felt that it was a bit misleading so we haven’t been recording the after. We can tell you that if we list on our site, we approve it and stand behind the product, brand, sound, etc.

@@EddieSprouse The 10” Hideaway is a small, compact, powered solution to add bass into a Jeep without comprising space. Keep in mind that it’s powered by a 180 watt compact built in amp so it’ll push to its capacity but not in comparison to a full 400+ watt amp to a sub in a larger enclosure.

Not to be rude but this is somewhat of a dumb question. Larger diameter SUB with more amps vs a smaller diameter/enclosure kicker with less amps will obviously not produce the same output. In other words, you basically asked why putting a turbo on a inline 4 doesnt produce the same output as twin turbos on a v8. Totally different animals. Think about how a speaker works, and youll have your answer. Hell. To make it really simple, you asked why a smaller speaker produces less output when paired with less current than a larger speaker with more current. Its like asking why a monster truck has more clearance than a civic

@@OldFamilyGuy334 The cable has remained the same. You may have a different style grommet which we’ve encountered a few times. The grommet is most likely the hard rubber style vs the soft grommet as seen.

@@ThyBackBraceBoy Sorry but I’m not sure that I understand the question. Can you rephrase? Our cameras are now wired with a direct plug and play connection which connects to the back of the radio via RCA and pre-terminated bullet connectors for power.

@@Knight_Glider The 9000es has a superior DSP than the 6000. The 9000 is part of the Elevated Standards Sony line which is built specifically for tuning systems.

@@SamuelMorrison-o3d You can route it through the grommet in the floor under the passenger seat, strap it on top of the chassis, and straight up which will lead directly to the battery.
