when are you launching this game for PS5?

As many others, I'm very excited for the remake of this ingenious classic game :) And as someone else said, it does not hurt for things to look more like the original, with the charming sort of pointy/pixellated hogs and so on. It doesn't have to look completely "new" :) In my opinion.

How's the progress coming along? Just beat the OG hogs of war again. Love this fricking game 20 years later!

So I actually played Hogs on PS3 and found serious frame drops on some of the missions. The last mission was running at 1 frame per 5 seconds at one point. Making that end hard mission... even harder! I was very surprised when I won as I had to aim and move in the choppiest game.

I always felt Hogs of War felt so much better to play than Worms 3D.

Maps do look much better, though i'd personally add some detail in the out-of-bounds area too. Would help the immersion if the map wasn't just floating in the void and have some landscape beyond the playable space. But honestly it's not a huge problem, getting the game to work is definitely more important.

I used to play this all the time when I was younger and even revisited it recently on my channel playing through the original. It's been great fun, never gets old. Cannot wait for the remaster! Better believe I'll be doing a lardcore series too!

What made Hogs of War, was Rik Mayall... Love the game, but I do wonder how you'll be meeting that. Granted this is the first video I've seen, but I support this happening as it was great game.

I'm really looking forward to this. I haven't been able to get the PC version to work since Windows 8 sadly. But this will more than make up for it, looks great

*PIG MODEL UPDATE!* Our current prototype models are being worked on as we speak, its a large undertaking in the sculpting department but things are getting there! Our new models will include all the things you expect from the original - headwear being at the forefront of that working! Not only that but classes that previously were just shared/duplicated models will now have their own individual model and details (including new headwear & uniform accessories) 🐷 *MENU UPDATE!* We have each and every menu concept completed, so now we just need to put it all together! Game flow will still follow the original, with plenty of extras to boot, including new audio, visual and game settings! In the new year we'll be able to show you all how that progress is coming along :) Thank you all once again for the continued support, we're made great strides this year and we hope to see you all nice and fresh for 2025! 🎉

This is something I’ve wanted to ask you for a while but will the pigs wear hats like in the original and have you made any changes to the menus like when you select which pigs to use on a certain level for example?

Can you make pixelated filter or something? Pixels have it's charm.
