When I left San Diego in 1997 you could still buy a home for 180k, the weather is great, other than that have zero interest in living there again, now in WV on 35 acres, plenty of fishing and hunting, no tax or permits to purchase firearms. If I want to live by the coast again, I will go to the Gulf Coast.

So sad that track style homes are so expensive. The whole concept of track homes was affordability. Not anymore. I sold homes in San Clemente and watched prices just go up and up. Moved to central coast of Oregon. Best decision I ever made. Able to really enjoy life. Not chase money.

I bought a property in an unincorporated part of SD. I built my house after the original burned down. The new property tax is around $15k and insurance shot up $10k in the last year totaling around $14,400. Aside from all the other rhings we are forced to overpay for, I will jave to sell necause retiring is not an option. Property taxes are aupposed ro go up too. Ill never own anything here.

I’m concerned about homelessness. How bad is it in Carlsbad and adjoining cities like Oceanside, vista, Encinitas?

You should do a video on all the high density housing that’s being built right now and the development around San Diego. That’s being built right now without any parking and they rely on people use a bicycle to go to grocery shopping or to the doctors office for daily events.

You’re missing it all this development is density and more people which is overburdening the infrastructure and it’s not offering parking. I’ve lived here for 35 years. They’re destroying San Diego.

Can't wait for Riverwalk traffic as there is NO infrastructure improvements to Friars Road, 163 , Hotel Circle North ramp to 8 West, Sure would be great if they (City Of SD & CALTRANS ) funded these projects before its' too late !

Do you have an update on Legoland. They are building a parking deck and renovating some rides, but I don’t see the need to for an addition of the parking deck, so is there something else happening we don’t know about?
