I looking at San Diego for retirement is it possible to find a 2-3 bedroom home 900,000 to 1 million in a golf community or 55 + with a pool? I have no idea what the price are like in SD anymore. I think San Diego and Palm Springs are the two places I am lookinng at.
I couldn't find any mention of San tee, El Cajon , LA Mesa , I grew up here, are these areas not very desirable now? I haven't been back in years. Like your presentation thanks

It’s certainly do-able. Shoot me an email and I can share some neighborhoods! Nick.miele@compass.com

Our main focus is North County SD! Thanks for watching
To live in Camel Valley, you need to make $250k a year at least. Love the area, but it's for the 1%.
that’s pretty accurate!
